It's not the best place to eat. Prices are ridiculous! I ordered a bowl if chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl, a grilled cheese sandwich & small drink. It also came w/ a fruit cup. I, also ordered a scone bc I wanted to know what they treated like. Very delicious. My husband ordered roughly the same thing, except a different soup & no grilled cheese & no fruit cup. They were out of chips & when we recieved our order, no one said anything about our meal & having to replace things or change our order bc they were out of products. We sit down to eat after we cleaned off a table. I didn't like the choices of drinks they had. We finally found some tea(I can't drink tea bc it will dehydrate me), bc they had all these juices that were nasty when you tasted them. Who wants to drink a flower? I love the hibiscus. I have a tattoo of a hibiscus on my shoulder, but I don't want to drink it. I did end up pouring the tea out & finding some lemonade guava mix. It was ok. I was very glad to get back to my drink in the car. Anyways... back to our order... My husband brought over our food & I noticed something wasn't quite right w/ it. I went up & tried speaking w/ someone. I had one employee just walk by me & ignore me completely. Our cashier who took our order was busy taking orders, but once she was free, I tried soaking w/ her but she directed me to this lady behind this very tall wall. I'm short, so the wall was uncomfortably tall for me. I told the lady about our order & she spoke to me, as she was still working on getting other people's food out. Come to find out, they had changed our order. They were out of the bread bowls, so she put our soups into a regular bowl & just gave us an extra piece of bread to compensate. I was not happy at all. Then bc my soup was cold, I asked her if she would warm up my soup & she pointed me to this microwave across from her, which was extremely difficult to operate. They had it fixed where only 4 buttons worked & you couldn't put in a time. You had to pick between the 1 & 2 buttons. I had to get the cashier to help me w/ the microwave(she couldn't figure it out either), but she did try to help me & after a few minutes, we did get it to work & warm up my soup, just a bit. I think the heating element is going out on their microwave. I tried heating up me bread, my grilled cheese, my soup & it was barely warm & the lady behind that tall wall wouldn't warm it up for me. My husband & I then made the choice that we wouldn't return to Panera Bread, especially this one. I gave it 3 stars & an it's okay bc of the nice cashier & the scone. The cashier warmed up my scone before placing it on the box. For 2 people top eat there (we ordered cheap), our bill was $40. I could have gotten a lot more food & healthy food for that matter for $40, but for that moment I couldn't eat anything except soup bc I was traveling home from having surgery & one of the rules was for me to have soup for the following 24 hours, so we stopped by...
Read moreWalked in, nobody was at the register. The 1 girl that was sweeping at the counter never greeted or acknowledged us. While standing looking at the menu for about 3 mins, then my friend seen screens behind us to place an order. Tried placing the order for 8 minutes, but it wouldn't accept payment. Then I notice a customer behind us at the same counter placing her order with the same girl that was sweeping the floor. After she was done with the customer, we told her we tried placing our order on the screens behind us but were having issue's and when we walked in she never said anything to us so we assume that was the only way to place our order. She acted like it didn't matter and had nothing to say. If I hadn't already been to 2 other restaurants prior that was a bust, I would of walked out but at this point I was hungry and tired just getting back in town from off a flight driving 32 miles out my way. And then the sandwich was nasty. I was trying to get assistance on what all came on it being that I never tried it before and she acted like she didn't know, just poor customer service. I will never come back to this location. 2 stars for the apple, chips and...
Read moreToday was a long day and we were starving. We also wanted something that wasn’t fast food burgers. So Panera sounded like a good idea. Fresh salads and soups sounded great. I had the Sesame Asian chicken salad and Tika Masala soup. They don’t really for together but with the pick 2 option I was able to choose what I wanted. My salad was very fresh. No brown lettuce, yay!!! It was very fresh with tortilla crisps and almond slivers. It was great. The soup was good. Not my favorite but worth giving it a try. My daughter ate the buffalo chicken baguette. It was a lot more bread than chicken which was a little disappointing but it made up for the lack of meat with flavor. The 3rd meal was a French onion soup which is my moms favorite. It’s. Very good with lots of onions and flavor. She also got the Fuji Apple chicken salad which has dried apple crisps and chicken. It’s a very fresh and light salad. If you want something fresh and different this is a great place to stop. It’s clean and the staff was friendly. They also have order tablets on the side so you don’t even have to talk to anyone to order. Top it off with a cookie. ...
