Dunkin' — Restaurant in Decatur

We went inside. The cashier was really rude. We got our doughnuts. We got a dozen doughnuts and in that dozen we got 6 boston kremes. None of the boston kremes had any kreme. I called and the person i talked to tried to make it seem like it was my fault since I picked them out. He said to come in and they would replace my whole dozen. I got there and the cashier was the one that had originally gotten me the dozen. I told him what was going on and he said well the kreme is on the inside. I said yeah I know and i literally had to rip open one of the doughnuts to prove it to him and he was rude yet again. They replaced the boston kremes but not the rest like they said they would and did nothing to make it right. Not only did i not get the right items I had to waste gas and drive back and they did nothing to fix it other than give me what i shouldve gotten in the first place. Not only that but my iced caramel macchiato i got was disgusting. He put way too much cream and barely had any caramel. I couldnt taste caramel at all. One of the worst trips i have ever had. If it wasn’t the one Dunkin close to me, I wouldn’t come here. Mixed experiences so far, but yesterday I arrived at 6am to get my mobile order. I decided to do a walk in, since the drive through gets so busy and I needed to get to work, but their doors were closed. They supposedly open at 5am! So much for trying to get my coffee faster. I had to knock on the windows a couple minutes before someone came to open it and when the opened it they didn’t unlock it! Anyway, my order wasn’t even ready. I finally got my coffee but while waiting for quite a while for my sandwich, I noticed another customer trying to walk in and I kept telling the employees that their doors were still locked, but they ignored me. I also once witnessed an employee walk to the seating area to lay down like he was going to take a nap. Who...

Food was decent. The large coffee I got costed about as much as a large drink at Starbucks. Not as good as a Starbucks drink but it was a larger cup and it still tasted okay so I wasn't unhappy with it. Donuts were a little dry but still tasted good, although it doesn't really compete with the local donut shops in the area for me.

I struggled getting all my items to my car and dropped something. One of the workers stopped what they were doing and kindly helped me pick it up and get a good grip on it so I didn't drop it again. I really appreciated that.

Overall it was a decent experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to satisfy a craving here, but if I'm in the area already and want a quick fix I would definitely...
