QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Decatur

Honestly this place I had biggest hopes. Let me explain the ratings, I did an online and in person order so we could judge the quality/quantity...my food was disgusting by the time I could eat it as the online order took 20 minutes past...4 people on the to go line and one bag every 5 minutes...my wife liked her burrito[which was online that waited for] but said it was small which I do agree on. The portions need work, staff needs more training, they need someone cleaning the front because there was trash even by the line...just was not a good experience at all.

Update: As shown they gave a case number and email it's been a week since I've sent them an email. I just want to conclude that they don't answer. So take that with what it is as they don't seem to care but a Google reply to show face that they "care". Figured anyone who's gone or might go through this process is wondering what it is like...

Well I went the first day they opened and the girl they had that wrapped my burrito did ummm horribly like she hasn’t wrapped a burrito before or wasn’t trained on how to wrap one. She was flipping it and flopping it all over the place ingredients flying everywhere, made it look very unappetizing. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was day 1. Said I’d come back in a few weeks. So I came back today. Service was mid except one guy on the front counter he was pretty good. But portions are scooped like they’re trying to save them and even with the sauces I had to keep asking for more because the sauce proportion didn’t go with the food I even heard customers behind me asking for more sauce. I may give them one more try in a little bit but if the service doesn’t improve I’ll just stick to chipotle. Oh and chips are very salty but...

Let's just say I thought this place was going to be good, but I was wrong! Placed an online order and when I got there the order was still being made past the 15 minute mark. Got 3 burritos and a steak quesadilla, get home and me and my husband start eating our burritos and the pieces of steak were so big and fatty, they were inedible to eat! My son didn't have steak on his quesidilla like requested and no flavor! No sauces were licensed and I even asked for guacamole and got none. I think the people making the food need more training and please cut the steak, don't put huge chunks in it as it a as so hard too eat! I spent nearly $50 for 3 burritos and a quesidilla..probably won't...
