Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Decatur

My co workers and I place an order for a pizza to be delivered to our job at 12:30 for our lunch break. We place the order no later than 11 am. We noticed around 12:40 that the pizza had not arrived. We called the store to see what was going on and spoke to the manager on duty Susie. M. She was very nasty over the phone and had a piss poor attitude. She gave me the vibe that she really don’t care about people spending their money with the company. Our lunch is only 30mins she informed us that it will be late and she doesn’t have control over that. To my knowledge when you are the manager on duty you ARE IN CHARGE OF WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR SHIFT. What proves to me that she didn’t care they drop the ball on their end was to give me her general manager info. In which I never asked for.she was pretty much saying yes you ordered ,paid your money ,we said we can have it to you in a timely manner, but others things happened and now it’s going to be late so deal with it. This is so sad where have all the good customer service employees gone. The compassions and respect for the customer and upholding your end of the deal. We all understand that things happen but to show no compassion to make things right and go above and beyond is not in little...

I ordered a pizza for delivery to my workplace this afternoon.....I was kinda busy trying to order on my phone and do some billing, and I stupidly forgot to add toppings to my pizza. When I realized my mistake, I called this location to see if I could change my order before it was being made. Of course, my pizza was done and on it's way to me. The person I talked to on the phone (I'm assuming the store/shift manager. I grew up in Decatur, and since I've moved away. I returned for a visit, and of course had to visit my favorite pizza place from my childhood. Honestly, I was disappointed.
