Absolutely disappointed in the employees that were working this evening. I myself worked a 12 hr shift and was too exhausted to drive to the location to get my daughter some food so I ordered it with DoorDash and paid the 28$ for a bowl for the convenience sake. For then to only find out the store had sent the wrong order, a burrito, with the delivery guy, ticket on the bag was correct, food inside was completely wrong. If it was for me I would have just ate it but my 10yr old daughter wanted what she wanted. After calling on the phone for 20 minutes to just get told sorry we can only refund the $ for the item and nothing else i decided to just get up and drive the 15 minutes each way to get my daughter the food she ordered. At the store they of course made the correct order and sent me on my way with just a simple sorry. So not only have paid 28$ for a bowl delivered, I still had to drive there myself to go get it just to finally feed my daughter almost two hours later when she is almost supposed to be in bed already. We eat at this location 2-4 times a week and have never been treated so badly. Read moreIt was 7pm on Wednesday, walked in Chiptole and there was 4 people in front of us, the young workers looked tense and in a hurry. Finally noticed that the service manager named Timothy was standing behind shouting rudely at his employees in front of the customers. Timothy took my order by the time it was my turn, and he was unprofessional "okay okay okay okay" as I was telling him what I wanted on my burrito, I was barely telling him I wanted cheese and he was already saying "okay", like can I finish saying the word "cheese". My cheese quesadilla was burnt due to the fact that the employees were so rushed on making the orders and cashing out the customers that they forgot my quesadilla. I got up and I was afraid that if I complained about it, Timothy would get onto the employees in front of me. So, I paid for another cheese quesadilla. Also, there was no ice, and again I didn't want to complain for the same reason. There was trash next to the drinks and spoons, and some of the tables were not clean. No employee should be treated in such way. It's embarrassing for both employees and customers. Read moreWe came to this chipotle on 11-28-18 at about 1:30-2pm. This is the second time at this location where I was very disappointed in my visit. The first the guy making my bowl barely acknowledged me and rushed me out even tho I was the only person in the entire restaurant. I decided to give it a second chance, and we came in, and there were three people at the serving station. A young man and two ladies, they gave my friend a hard time about wanting extra rice and beans, and then barely even filled my bowl up with rice or chicken. Then while we were both checking out the three of them clumped around the register and ignored us completely, they spoke Spanish about us right in front of us assuming we wouldn’t understand. Then we had to reach across the entire counter to grab our food that was right jnfront of the employees. They continued to ignore us during payment. We sat down on the complete opposite side of the restaurant and the ENTIRE time we were eating the were yelling and laughing so loudly we could make out the entire conversation they were having.
