This was the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE life. I am a CUSTOMER… accordingly, you are unqualified (as a $10/hour employee) to provide me a psychiatric evaluation.

I entered the store originally with my daughter to purchase the Lost Mary vape. I was immediately chastised for POINTING at the Lost Mary vapes so as to HELP the worker locate them! I then was told that I had an “offensive personality!”

I immediately asked for the items that I had ALREADY purchased and walked out (vowing to NEVER return.)

Additional issue: So I purchased a $200 Cheech glycerin bubbler (apparently, before said WORKER was employed) and it recently broke. Consequently, I reluctantly had to return to said establishment in the interest of purchasing a new one. I was victorious! The colors were even better than the previously purchased bubbler!

To my chagrin, less than two days later, said mouthpiece of $200 bubbler ‘miraculously’ cracked. Fast-forward to this evening: I call establishment and am greeted by said hourly employee who previously provided psychiatric diagnosis…

I asked for the name of the owner; hourly employee responded with: “owner doesn’t want anyone to have that information.”

I then told ‘hourly employee’ that I would be contacting the owner about said issue and she responded with: “Do what you have to do!”

So here I am, “doing what I have to do.” Horrible products, horrible customer service, horrible business in general!!!! Do not recommend! STAY...

Owners, please consider reducing prices where possible and continue the sales and promotions.

Isaiah is humble courteous and extremely helpful. Hands down, best customer service I’ve received. The prices seem to be as good or lower than the average. The store itself is clean and organized. All things considered the best shop I have visited. My new default. Give Isaiah a raise. It’s rare to find people who treat others with professionalism and respect.

A few weeks ago I reviewed Isaiah. This evening I stopped by for a few items. The sales associate was Christina(I think) She was helpful, friendly and kind. Her knowledge was expertly dispensed as was her affect of competence and unique likeability. Please give her a raise

Great shop. Prices, not the best but always consistent. Dee , the associate who helped me this evening…extremely helpful and congenial. Perhaps, the wonderful people who make up the team, explains why I default back to this shoppe time...

I went in to purchase Hookah products today for my girls trip. When I walked in my phone started ringing and the clerk immediately started yelling I could not talk on the phone in t he store. I said okay and asked why and she said she didn't know they started it 3 months ago and she was just trying to keep her job. I then went to inquire about quick light coals and types of the use and she told me she didn't know anything about them. I said okay let me step outside and look up some info on my phone she then said if you look up info or text on your phone I can't sell to you. So the employees have no knowledge of the product they are selling and I can't research what I'm buying before spending my money, Wow! I would not recommend going here.
