I ordered the Tender Basket which comes with 2 tenders with a seasoning of your choice. I chose lemon pepper which turned out to be a mistake which ruined the whole meal for me. There was atleast 4 layers of lemon pepper seasoning. Even after scraping off the seasoning the flavor was too strong. They somehow managed to get another truckload of seasoning on my Toast too. I've been to other locations where this was never an issue. My disappointment is immeasurable. My only regret was deciding to spend my money at an establishment with such low reviews. I ordered online for a 5pm pick up. Got there at 5 and it wasn't ready, they said about 10 minutes. I watched as several groups came in and left after being told it would take 30 minutes, despite having a full kitchen staff. At 5:20 I asked again and they still had not started my ordered. I requested a refund at this point, only to watch them dig my order receipt from the trash, so who knows if they even were going to start it. The food was good. Took about an hr to get my food and that was after placing an online order. The place has limited seating. Seems to be understaffed for a new food place. The girl taking orders had to also leave behind the counter to take food to people’s tables which in my opinion that cuts off time attending to those wanting to place an order or pick up one.
