I want to start off by saying the only reason that they have a five-star review is because they will give you a discount on products if you give them a five star review. Just because you have five stars doesn't mean you're actually five star. I do not recommend anyone to go to Vitrum in Deer Park. The original owner sold is shop to his nephew who is a complete douche. I quit working for him the day he started because he came in obviously unprepared and does not know how to run a business. These people are sketchy and untrustworthy. They pay all of their workers $10 an hour under the table so they don't have to pay for unemployment. They'll have you work 12 hours a day with no break. This business needs to reported to the Better Business Bureau for their unprofessional practices. Also if you look around the place is disgusting because the owner never took time to actually deep clean his store. Again I want to reiterate do not go purchase products from this place. Go somewhere...

Of the 50 or so shops I have visited over the past few months, (Houston, Spring and Clear Lake) Vitrum has the best prices. They always seem to stock exactly what I need. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Each sales associate deserves to be credited by name, unfortunately, I repeatedly forget to ask. The whole team is great! This shop is a little over a mile from my house…VALUE, SERVICE and CONVENIENCE. One cannot ask for much more. Please keep your prices low and product line high.
