Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Deer Park

Horrible!!! I wish corporate would fire every employee at this location and get some employees that really want to work, and have good customer service. This place is full of what seems to be crackheads, and bums. All of the employees huddle in the back to smoke their cigarettes, and I have even witnessed one of them not washing his hands when returning back inside. The super heavy set girl that works at the drive thru window is the worst of them all. She is very rude, and she couldn't get an order correct to save her life. Whoever the manager is in charge of hiring, must not be a very clean person themselves. Their uniforms are always dingy, wrinkled, and dirty looking. None of the guys keep a clean haircut, or shave. The drive thru window is always broken, and always filthy with greasy looking fat finger prints. When you are sitting in your vehicle and looking into the work area, it is always dirty. The floors are always covered with trash. The lemonade machine looks as if it has never been cleaned before. The employees always leaves the back door open, I guess to let every rodent, and bug in as possible. There's so many more things to list, but you should get it with what's been mentioned already.

We appreciate the makeover that was done to the outside of building, but the inside also needs a makeover starting with cleaning out the employees. What good is it to waste money on remodeling if the employees will not keep it nice and clean? They are the problem!!!

"PLEASE CORPORATE" If you happen to read this message, please help get this Popeyes on Center St. in Deer Park, much friendlier, better, and cleaner employees. Please. We are begging you. And please get the heavy set girl away from customers because she has absolutely no customer...

So angry RIGHT NOW! (and angry isn't even the word I want to use) 99cent Leg and Thigh night at Popeye's and the kids want chicken so 10 piece for 5 bucks not bad. WELL!! I ordered MILD chicken plus a side of mashed potatoes and a combo, we get to the window and all they hand me is the combo and side WHERE'S MY CHICKEN? They didn't get that part of the order AFTER REPEATING IT BACK TO ME TWICE, so reordered the 10 PIECES OF MILD CHICKEN. The entire time we are waiting for the order we can hear them arguing about my order thru the drive thru window. We get home and the chicken is nothing but GREASE and it's SPICY both my 9 year old autistic son and my 3 year old daughter are crying because it's too spicy for them. The side order is just the NASTIEST MASHED POTATOES I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! We call the number on the receipt and IT'S THE FAX MACHINE! The only way to correct this order is to DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK DOWN CENTER STREET from the Beltway and Pasadena Blvd.... I just don't even want to freaking...

This will be my last trip to this Deer Park Texas Popeys Chicken. Almost as bad and possibly worse than the two in Pasadena on Southmore and Spencer stores. Deer Park store was out of every side we preferred and had to settle for the green beans, had to wait for the spicey chicken to be cooked. As far as the other two stores hey can never get the order correct, have complained to the one on Spencer and they made it right but it's getting old to have to go back and get the correct order. That being said there's one more near me on East Sam Houston Parkway and if they can't do any better I will have to give my business back to KFC. At this point I do not recommend the other three stores if you want good customer service done promptly...
