Smoothie King — Restaurant in Deer Park

Walked in at 7:58pm sign still said open. Stood in line then clock turned 8pm. William said we're closed now. Even though I had told him that I was in line before 8pm and there was still customers that were there in line, he said that they put their order before clock turned 8pm. Very bad service. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal but I was going in to labor tomorrow and the last thing I wanted was my favorite smoothie from here....any other business that I patron you lock the door and you finish the line... you dont turn people away that are already standing in line. what could've taken him 2 min or so he decided to lose a customer for life. Thanks a lot...

We order online for curbside pick up and it said to call at the time to have a member bring the smoothies outside, so we park right infront of the store and we call 2 times they didnt answer and there was no costumer inside and one of the ladies even got out to go get drink next door and she just kept looking to our car but didnt bring the smoothies or told is it was ready! We waited until my husband decided to get off and check and they already had made our smoothies!! Why offer curbside pickup if they still make you get off and dont even answer the phones to let you know at least that is ready for you to go get them and...

I went once in the AM on a Saturday; horrible customer service!!! I went back yesterday, there was more people but the service was worse! No one greeted me, there was about 5young workers hanging out by the register, and NOT one asked me anything. They were all just looking at me like...? I finally just started talking-ordering but no one seemed to want to take my order. I felt so awkward, ignored and I honestly wanted to walk out but I'd already paid for a drink so I was pretty much stuck, I'll never go there again!!!! People are rude & have horrible...
