I went into the subway to order lunch and the lady behind the counter told me I need a mask I told her I was exempt and she told me I would have to leave as I was leaving I told her I was going to report her to her corporate office she ended up calling my company that I work for and got me fired I will be pursuing legal action in a court of law because they mandate is not a law and she had no right to call my company a mandate is a suggestion not a law Plus I did what she asked and I left like I said I’m going to sue subway in a court of law we still have rights in this country we still have a constitution and we still have a bill of rights
Then I tried to call corporate office and all I did was ring could not never get a hold of anybody went to their website sent them an email nobody ever got back to me then I talk to the owner of that subway and he was no help and I asked him about audio on his cameras and he said there is no audio then I said look at your cameras and he said I do not even know if they even work So I have no choice but to take them to court And if I could give them zero...
Read moreI don’t know the young lady’s name who is the manager but she has purple hair. I’ve been in here twice in the last couple months and she is completely inappropriate. First time it was busy and she was overwhelmed. Everyone in line was being patient and then a lady after standing in line for 20 minutes ordered 2 subs and she said no I’m busy only doing 1 per person. This led to them screaming at each other and her closing the store. I let it go and thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Two days ago I went back and when I walked in it was busy again. There was a young man helping her and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at him. She belittled him in front of everyone. No way to treat your employee. While in line I witnessed both workers treat another customer with distain because he struggled with English and showed up 60 seconds before they were done with his online order. One worker literally told him he had no idea where his order was and it could take another 20 minutes even though he’d already made the sandwich and his coworker was wrapping it up. That worker then verbally complained to everyone else in the store about how she hates people that show up 5 minutes earlier than they are supposed to. Apparently we should all be on her time.
