Most chipotles have their problems, I believe it is part of their business model to supply good food with a poor customer experience⦠but this Chipotleā¦. This one is extra special in the problems department. Really I am the one with the problem because I continue coming back here but unfortunately it is literally right around the corner from my office and I enjoy the food. So where do we start? Fajitas (veggies), they are only available in 6/10 visits. Before 11:30am there is NEVER veggies, ever. Next subject, expediency⦠whether you are the first person in line or you are the 16th person in line, it is required to take deep breathās because you will be standing there for far longer than expected. If there are 10 people in line, there shouldnāt be one person, assembling the meal, and checking you out. So what drove me to actually write this review? Today I walked in at 11:10 AM and was told that they are only taking online orders. I walked back out the door and got in my truck to start thinking about where else I should go and I saw a couple walk in and walk up to the front and begin orderingā¦. Their order was taken, so I figured that they were now taking regular orders. Fortunately, for me, they did take my order and allowed me to check out, but the gentleman behind me was not so fortunate⦠the reason Iām writing this review is in the hopes that someone in upper management will read this and take action. The on-site managers do not care...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy boyfriend and I just moved to Deerfield Beach and we gave this location a few tries before we finally decided that this is perhaps the worst Chipotle in South Florida!
The last straw was when I personally went to the store instead of ordering for delivery and I noticed the staff work ethics was terrible. Iāve worked in customer service for over 12 years and normally I give them a break cause some days people are not having a good day, but the vibe here was terrible.
I was placing my order with one of the employees when I said āSalsa Verdeā instead of green sauce, I guess, instead of a more friendlier approach to let me know she did not understand what I said or for me to help her understand what I meant to say, she straight out said ā I donāt speak Spanish.ā This really bothered me because I am at a Mexican Grill fast food chain restaurant, I didnāt say anything that is not familiar in a typical Mexican menu. I also understand if she did not know the words in Spanish, but I do think as a customer service point of view, she should have been able to handle it better. The cashier, though she was fine with me, did have a negative attitude around her team. The food was not at chipotle standards at all. So we will definitely be heading 3 miles south to another location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like someone from corporate to reach out to me. The manager at the store is completely unprofessional. After placing an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 I finally got my order 20 minutes later. When I went through the app to tell them I was disappointed they offered me free quac and chips and the manager would not get it.
Fine no problem I told her it was ridiculous to have to wait. She told me it was not her problem and she did not control the app. When I told her that she should reach out as a manager to corporate about the app not giving them enough time to complete online orders she told me that the people in line took president of our online orders.
The online order station was even closed I donāt know what time the station is supposed to be closed but I would think if they closed the station then online ordering should be closed.
I get home to find out not only am I missing my drink but Iām also missing my chips with my kids meal. In addition none of my meals have sour cream because they were out of sour cream.
When I asked the managerās name she said Nun-ya ⦠like none of your business. How could you ever hire and keep someone employed that talks to customers...
