This may be my favorite Panera. Honestly, I'm not the biggest soup and sandwich person, but the staff here is so fantastic and friendly, and it makes me what to come back all the time. They always make me smile and bring happiness to my day. When I go through the drive-thru, the incredible lady at the window always greets me with a smile. She double-checks when she notices something unusual with my order. For example, I ordered coffee with brown sugar one day but forgot the next time. Somehow, she remembered my previous order and asked if I needed brown sugar with my coffee. When I go inside to order, the cashier always smiles and goes out of her way to ensure my food is ready quickly. Once, I waited less than 10 minutes for an order, and the lady preparing my order gave me an extra cookie because she felt bad about my wait. I don't know why everyone at this spot is so happy and friendly, but if you need a pick-me-up, this is the place. Besides, how can you go wrong with a kitchen sink cookie? It really does have everything.
As for food, I'm a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches. The egg/bacon or egg chicken combinations are very tasty; both come with fresh avocado. I also like the pizzas - thin and crispy with lots of options. It's pretty filling too. In terms of drinks, the charged juices are amazing. I like each one and have even mixed a few together based on "insider" tips from the staff. You won't get tired of all options. If you get hooked like I did, you can join their sip club and get a new fresh drink every few hours.
[UPDATE - This place got even better for me recently when the young lady behind the register found the debit card I accidentally dropped and called to let me know. Many people wouldn't have bothered, but this cashier saved me a ton of...
Read moreI would never go to this place if you payed me. I ordered the green goddess sandwich melt and they put an ingredient on it that was spicy. I always order this Sandwich and that ingredient never came on it. So I called because I did an online order and picked it up when I got back to work I noticed it was sooooo spicy. So when I called and talked to a KIM they said they were the night time manager and just ask for her. So naturally when I arrived I asked for KIM this other rude manager DARIA said and I quote "I can take care of you KIM doesn't know anything about anything" Immediately had an attitude with me she talked to me like I was stupid. I nicely explained what had happened and she replied what do you want me to do about it? I was simply asking if they could exchange my sandwich. I took one bite of it not too much to ask, especially when I order from there all of the time.I asked if I could get a gift card and I'll order something else another day because I was so turned off by her attitude. She rolled her eyes. Didn't say anything walked to the back came back five minutes later. And stated why would I give you a gift card just order something else. She proceeded to argue with me that the ingredient that was spicy ALWAYS comes in the sandwich blah blah blah. I was speechless I have never had anyone talk to me so rudely and I'm not the type to even write reviews but I felt like if she could take time out of her day to be rude and offensive so could I. I wasn't even upset that I had to drive back to get a new sandwich or that the sandwich was spicy. I was just asking what my options where idk why she got so mad that I asked a simple question. Non the less evervone else esoecialv bree was...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing encounter with Assistant Manager Bianca at Panera Bread. I found her to be jaded and lacking essential customer service skills. From the moment I approached her for assistance, she displayed a complete lack of empathy and seemed disinterested in helping me resolve my issue.
Bianca's jaded attitude was evident in her dismissive and unhelpful responses. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, she seemed more interested in rushing through the conversation and getting rid of me. Her lack of professionalism was evident in her unwillingness to go the extra mile to find a satisfactory solution or even offer a genuine apology for the inconvenience caused.
Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to experience such a lackluster level of service from someone in a managerial position. Assistant Manager Bianca's approach left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I hope that Panera Bread takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improving customer service skills and attitudes within their team. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a more positive experience when interacting with the staff.
Overall, my encounter with Assistant Manager Bianca was extremely disappointing, and it is my sincere hope that steps are taken to improve the customer service experience at...
