As always, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. However, quite the contrary happen to me. I was talked down and the employees were literally talking about me as if I wasn't there! I ordered an item that was exclusive to the location and one of the ladies exclaimed "why would you want that!?" Well excuse me that I was a bother to you! It also sickens me that they talk about other customers in front of a customer! I used to work in customer service in retail. Read moreThis used to be my go to Dunkin donuts to pickup breakfast every Friday for my office but ever since Humberto the last manager left, this place has gone downhill fast. The new manager doesn't know how to treat her employees or customers. She mumbles under her breath about large orders (mine) and doesn't great customers when she sees them. You can tell the staff, most of whom, are the same from when Humberto was there, tiptoe around her and aren't as comfortable or welcoming with her breathing down their necks. The manager has also asked me to phone in my order to which i obliged the following Friday only to hear that I cannon place large orders over the phone. This lady is a joke. Today was my last time ordering from this location and will take my business elsewhere, until I hear or see ...
