UPDATE: I found this article in the news, apparently the owner of this subway is facing fedral income tax fraud.
Here is my review: I used to work here. When I got my first paycheck and deposited in my bank account, it bounced. It happend to 3 other paychecks after that. My bank charged me a fee of $8 per check that bounced. I gave multiple calls and text messages to the store manager and to the owner Mike himself. But they refused to answer my call or acknowledge the issue. I talked about this issue whith a co worker and she said that she had a paycheck that Mike, the owner never paid to her. The owner Mike DID NOT pay her for 2 weeks of work. Imagine that. Mike is one of the most unethical and dishonest individuals I have ever met. The paycheck bounce issue happend to 3 other co-workers after me. There are many workers that had variety of issues with their paychecks. Mike does not respect his employees as well as his customers. He had to sell another subway that did not make and profit and now no one wants to work at this place so he has to work there all by himself. I request you to please spend your money somewhere else. Read moreI order three subway sandwiches on 11-9-2022, through the subway app. I placed the order and then about 15 minutes later it said my order was cancelled and then it said it was on its way. I never received an notification from Doordash who my driver was. Called the store the foreigner stated that someone picked it up 5 or 6 minutes ago. My job is 5 minutes away from them. Stood outside no one ever came. On the subway page all it kept saying was on the way. I called the store this morning the employees are very rude and nasty. I never experienced anything like this at a subway. They hung the phone up on me. They already knew what my order was from the previous day. They knew exactly what I had. These people are robbers. They don’t care about their customers.at all. I wouldn’t even want a sandwich from them now because I wouldn’t trust them. If you can be very nasty over the phone and hang up on your customer. I can imagine what you would do to my food. Read moreDisappointed on the salad options. No jalapenos, banana peppers, roasted peppers, ect... Feels like now I'm paying more for less, I guess customers are not allowed to get spicy food at subway anymore or at least at this location. Staff was friendly but very disappointed on not being able to get what I wanted. Is all basic supply and demand, if you sell what I want I will come back for more then you can justify the increase on price but take away options and raise the price is just messed up. Will not go back to this store since I already know I will be disappointed on my options to customize my meal. Too bad!!! Subway used to be good. Now feels like is going down the drain.
