I stopped in on 12/17/22 at around 10:15. I asked the guy as I was paying if they you were still doing interiors and he said yes. I paid for the top level $38 to have the exterior and interior of my vehicle. Everything was smooth as usual, parked my car went inside to wait. I asked a car freshener from the young lady, who claimed to be the manager, in which she gave me one. She then basically scolded me for paying to have my interior cleaned when there were cones us saying that the interior service was blocked off. I asked the guy when paying if I could get my interior cleaned and he said no problem. She rudely, said “when you see the cones up it’s closed”. I own two businesses here in town and thought the owner might want to know how your “manager” is talking to people. I snapped back at her and said “ I’m sorry that’s a You problem, not a me problem, you need to have better communication with your customers then. I said then give me my money back, and she didn’t apologize or anything, she just said no problem and gave me my money back. This lady is not winning customers for your business. She’s rude and doesn’t understand customer service. Your customers pay her wages. She needs to find a position where she doesn’t have to interact with people. I went here yesterday (while it was raining and they weren't busy) to get the $49.00 Super Interior Clean. This was to include vacuuming everything including under and between seats, cleaning all plastic/vinyl/rubber and blow dust/dirt out of vents, crevices and hard to reach areas. I got my car back and the front driver's area and dashboard, driver's door, passenger door, etc. looked great so I tipped the young man who did the work and went on my way. When I got home several hours later I opened the back and nothing had been done! There was still grass and dirt in the back on the carpet and under the third row seats. The inside of the liftgate was sticky as well as the plastic cup holders in the third row. In the second row/back seat the doors were still sticky from a previous spill and only the carpet at the feet was cleaned. The areas beside the seats by the doors were still filled with crumbs and debris. I could have gone to Mike's Express and paid $10.00 and done a better vacuuming job myself! I called them but only got the answering machine and it was still 3:00pm in the afternoon. I left a detailed message but never heard from anyone. Still have not heard anything today and they opened an hour ago. I will never go back there and recommend nobody use this service. I drove 15 miles to get my car washed and cleaned inside., vacuum and wiping down the inside not detailing. The young man that we ordered from said their receipts were not coming out. We said no problem. We told him we wanted vacuuming and wiping down inside and windows. $32.00 plus tax. We said ok. We went inside after 2 goofy young kids asked to pull in. I told them what I wanted , they said ok. I went inside and browsed, no inventory and the gal behind the counter just sat there reading a book. We waited 15 minutes and called. Those 2 goofy Young men sorta vacuumed did no wiping down. “We are told not to wipe anything.” The manager Came over and said, yeah they did not do a good job. He wiped the right side of backseat at half speed. I said, just give me the rag, because he was at half speed. I wiped down my own car, used their spray…and as my husband wiped down the front dashboard, a nice tall young man, black, said can help you mam. Let me do this for you. I thought he should be manager. I said no, I will go home and finish. I was ready to tip any of the young men there $10 to $15, but did not.
