I have never had such a horrible experience! Customer service: zero. No respect for the customer whatsoever; they only care about money and their franchise goals.
I ordered two iPhones for pickup and, unfortunately, this store had them in stock, so I chose it for local pickup. When I arrived, the sales rep showed me the phones, but one box was already opened. I told him I wouldnāt accept an open box since I paid for a new device. He insisted I either take both phones or none at all because I placed the order online. I said I wouldnāt take them under those conditions. He said āno worriesā but went ahead and finalized the transactionāeven though I asked him not to. Then he told me the phones were now mine, and Iād have to go to a Verizon corporate store to return them.
This store is a scam! I argued with the rep for two hours, while also on the phone with Verizon Customer Service. The Verizon rep was shocked by what I was being put through and asked the store employee to cancel the transaction, but they outright refused, claiming they didnāt know how to do itāeven though heād supposedly been working there for seven years. He even lied, saying Iād requested the transaction, and when I suggested checking the security cameras, he said there was no audio recording available.
Long story short: this place sold me an opened, used device and then told me to go elsewhere to return it. They have zero respect for customersā time or satisfaction. This store is fraudulent, and their business practices are appalling....

This is not a Verizon general review.....I have plenty good and bad to say. This is a review of this store and its willingness to go above and beyond for the customer even if there is nothing really in it for them. I was attempting to renew a device on my plan I am four states away from home. The new SIM card could not be mailed, I googled the closest store. This was it. Brian was the only one in the store. I explained the situation he tried to do as much as he could because he was blocked out of some functions, he did not stop, he tried to have corporate call him. Of course instead they called me but fine they finally spoke to him. By the way it was is fourth attempt to reach them. He continued until it was active. But it did not stop there he instructed the corporate.staff to notate the account āthis was to protect me and ensure I did not have two activationsā It still did not stop there before leaving his store he made sure the notes were made and gave me the ticket number for reference. He did not try to up sell me, ask me to sign up for anything more, he just helped. He has changed my mind on non-corporate stores....

I only needed to detach my existing line from current family plan and start an independent line. Keeping same phone number and cloud storage and also top it off with a phone upgrade if possible. They basically said the requested services i needed taken care of could only be done over the phone with Verizon customer service which cannot be done in store. And explained the process quite complicated than it should, When I am in fact at a Verizon location for the personal experience. I gave up and left. Thinking I should probably just try elsewhere. Gave this branch a call. Enter Brian. This individual clarified my situation over the phone and assured me he'd work the situation out if I'm willing to drop by the location. I did. Left the store satisfied with a brand new phone upgrade and situated independent line. That is quality customer service. Professional courtesy. Transparent explanation of entire process from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. Would do business...
