Dunkin' — Restaurant in DeFuniak Springs

If I could give it negative stars I would. I have been disappointed literally 3 out of 3 times I've gone. I personally love coffee , I have worked at a breakfast restaurant for over 3 years and have made countless coffee drinks. I was so excited when I found out defuniak was getting a dunkin donuts UNTIL I visited. My very first trip there I ordered a plain iced coffee no sugar just cream and I had planned on ordering a breakfast sandwich but before I could the person taking my order very rudely said pull up to the 1st window. Then I waited a couple of minutes for her to get my card to swipe , she did that fast and closed the window without a single word or smile and then I waited literally 12 minutes , I timed it, for a single iced coffee and when she finally gave it to me she closed the window immediately again without a word or smile or thank you or anything , then to top it off it wasn't even what I ordered , I got some mocha frozen coffee with what tasted like was mint , the 2nd time I went with my fiancee and again the person on the speaker was rude and sounded annoyed that we were there , when we got our drinks they were wayyyyyy too sweet (weve gotten the same drinks at a different location and they were delicious) the 3rd time we went the person at the speaker was rude again and cut him off before he finished ordering and they didn't put the chocolate drizzle that normally comes around the cup and on top the whipped cream ,normally we wouldn't be picky and care if something like chocolate syrup was missing but we get dunkin donuts in other locations all the time and they always give us what we pay for and literally every time we come to the defuniak one its always disappointing , who ever the manager is obviously doesn't care either if their staff is this unprofessional , neither me or my fiancee will be back and I'm making it a point to contact corporate over this location because the employees here are...

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. When placing my order for a cream cheese bagel I was informed , rudely I must say, that they did not have cream cheese bagels. I said but the menu clearly states you do. Then she explains to me rudely once again with a huff that they only have bagels with cream cheese not cream cheese bagels. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?????🙄 So that happens then we go on to our next order of some assorted Christmas donuts she said oh Honey we don't have enough for that. We order our coffees with this rude drive thru lady who keeps huffing and drive up. We sat at that window for 10 MINUTES!!!! They never came to the window to get our money so needless to say Dunkin Donuts lost money which we were willing to pay even after being treated awful. They never acknowledged us so we literally had to drive off. This was the worst customer service experience ever. We wasted our time and will NEVER go back to this location. I called the 800 number and guess what? It tells you to use their website so I didn't get to talk to an actual person. This is total BS and this location is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Everyone should be fired and start all over again! We ended up driving next door to Sonic and they got our money with good...

Today I downloaded the Dunkin app. Ordered a drink and a donut. Went through the drive thru, no cars in the line. I went straight to the window to get my order that I paid for online. The girl at the window told me that I had to go all the way around the store and back through the drive thru AGAIN, AND STOP AT THE SPEAKER. I said, why? Her response was that they have been robbed and now they make everyone stop at the speaker. I said, I'm not here to rob you, I'm here to pick up my order. She refused to give me my order until I drove all the way back around. I refused and said credit my account. The assistance manager refused to give me her name and the original girls name. I called the corporate office right there at the window so they could hear me. I have never been to a drive thru Dunkins and this is the last!!!! I have since uninstalled the Dunkin app!!!!!! I was only able to get my credit by calling the corporate office because they refused unless I drove all the way around the building!!! People, if you ever get treated so poorly for no reason, don't put up with it, CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE. Horrible store, horrible...
