If I could give no stars I would! I faithfully order from the DeFuniak Springs location and will not return after tonight! My brother Charlie Lane who lives in Charolettevilles VA ordered my family dinner from here tonight and paid for it over the phone. The order included 2 Large pepperoni pizzas and a large bacon pizza with no sauce along with 3 orders of 8 count mild wings that were requested to be ran through twice. The pizzas were priced at full price. Cashier did not give the Wacky Wednesday discount. These items were purchased for three househoulds. The wings were soggy indicating they were not ran through twice. And the bacon pizza was hard and the crust was not correct on the pizza. My household and another decided to overlook the soggy wings, however my Mother Nacole Randolph ordered the bacon pizza and 1 order of wings and was not satisfied. She called and talk to a cashier who informed her she can bring back the items she had to be replaced. Upon entering the store the male manager offered to put the crust topping on the pizza my Mom had. She asked could the order be completely replaced. She was told no! The Manager came from around the countering yelling and saying this my store get out. My Mother called the police and left the store. Several customers who witnessed the incident wrote statements as well as the officer because the Manager told him the same story my Mom had. She was not even given back nor asked did she want back the original items. This is HORRIBLE service and it seems that this is acceptable behavior at this location judging by the other reviews. I will no longer patronize this establishment any longer and will make sure family and friends are aware of how this location treats...
Read moreI was picking up a carryout order on Sunday, May 26 2024 at about 4:40PM, and while I was waiting to get to the counter, two woman were ordering ahead of me, speaking only in Spanish. The employee at the register (shorter, long dark brown hair) did not do anything to try and translate, she just spoke loudly and repeated herself until she seemed irritated and moved on to the next question. At the end of the transaction, when asking for a name, for the order, the customer gave it to her and the employee did not understand. So she goes to a different employee that SPEAKS Spanish. It is clear that either this store has no protocol to support Spanish-speaking customers, or these employees were just ignorant and don't care about serving anyone that doesnt speak English. That experience was embarrassing and I hope that the employees can learn some basic empathy and communication skills

Read moreUnbelievable....so me and my family are living elsewhere due to hurricane Michael for starters and decide to stop and grab a hot meal. We order 2 large quesadillas that normally comes with salsa and sour cream in which they have neither. So I pay for 2 packs of salad dressing. Well that wasnt enough. So I return to counter to ask for the sour cream or salsa it didn't come with in hopes to get at least some dressing. The manager says Nope we have to charge you and your not in Bay county and we do things different here. Manager name apparently is Frank Stanley. What should have been said was we normally dont provide those items here and it should have been mentioned prior to your purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience here is some free salad dressing.
