Subway — Restaurant in Del City

One star is far beyond what this location deserves. I feel bad for any employee that has had to work there. To start out, I will be calling corporate. I have been wronged by this location too many times. Tonight is the very last straw...the last 2 times I have went there (not including the numerous times in the past where I spend at least 40$ everytime that I get rock hard old bread) they have completely switched the toppings or withheld. I understand though because it is so poorly ran (I currently am working for a company very under staffed and overworked except my actions do not rip people off for their hard earned money) they are constantly under staffed, completely frazzled, never a manager insight to lead. Tonight I was fooled the last time-- I made my online order and showed up 20 mins after my pickup time to allow and ensure my order was ready, what I walked into was next level! One guy working the counter no other employee insight, the pop machine was leaking all over the floor, of course my order was no where even near ready to start so I told the overwhelmed employee I would come back in an hour...my next crucial MISTAKE. When I came back they now had run out of all meat and toppings for my four sandwiches that I purchased at nearly 40$. The employee was not aware of how to refund so threw together 4 sandwiches that had nothing on them or anything of the nature that I paid 12 a piece for. I am outraged at how this location treat not only their staff but their customers. I SHOULD RECIEVE A FULL DISCOUNT, but either way I will make sure that my voice is heard. You should...

I was there last night and we dined in. There were three people there. Two of the three were very unprofessional and you could tell that the third person was the “new guy” that they were pawning stuff on. The food was great but not the employees. Elias, the one that seemed to be new, was in proper dress code. The other two did not have an apron on, a hat and neither had a name tag. We went last night around 7:30pm. After the rush went by the girl working and the other non compliant employee went to sit at a booth to eat. The girl then screamed across the restaurant telling Elias to empty the tea jugs. He did not know how so he asked to be shown and instead of getting up to show him she yelled across the restaurant how to do it. Elias then went to the back and started to wash dishes. A car pulled up and then sure enough the two that were in the front of the store proceeded to yell at Elias that was in the back washing dishes to come take care of this customer because they were eating and didn’t want to interrupt their meal. I have worked at subway before as a part time job for the same owner of this subway and I know she would of been livid to of witnessed this in her store. Elias is a great employee and I made sure he knew about it. If I could give him 5 stars I would. 1 star because of the unprofessionalism of the other two. Went in ordered my two foot longs with two large drinks. After it was made and I'm paying I was told they couldn't break my 100. They didn't even check to see if they could. It's hard to believe being as busy as they were they didn't have around $70 for change. The saddest part is they didn't even look to see if they could. They just said yea I don't think we can break it sorry. I simply pushed everything back to them and walked out. Seriously disappointed, and saddened that customer service just keeps plummeting. I was nice and tried to be quick for them because they were busy. The lady checking me out was noticably stressed and didn't seem to be fully trained and asked the other one what to do. Like I said she didn't even check they were both stressed and busy and just wanted not to deal with the situation. Well I won't be back.
