First the drive thru is very very slow. Was in it for 15+ minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. The line did not move. Got out of line and went in the store. There was a girl training on a register all by herself. A guy finally walked up to the other register and asked what I want. What You want. I tell him a hot and ready cheese pizza and the cheese Italian bread and a side of sauce. He tells me it'll be 15 to 20 minutes. I said that's fine I'll wait. Then he leaves and walks back with a half cooked limpy cheese pizza. Looked like it had been sitting in there for a whole. I said do you gave a better one please. Then he proceeds to ring me up for the pizza and sauce. I then politely reminded him about the cheese bread. He goes and gets the bread. Tries to ring it up rhe cash register went off line. Couldn't use the other cash register now the manager is there helping the girl training. Meanwhile the guy running the register for drive thru literally got done with the truck tha5 was ahead of the line we got out of. I had to stand and wait for the guy to go to the back register to pay for my food. Walking away out of sight with my bank card. I think that should be a no no. The manager didn't do anything to help him. He was telling her she shouldn't be leaving the computers or registers all on overnights. The bickering of passive aggressiveness was kinda ridiculous. He called her out because apparently the registers crash all the time. He said they're not supposed to be on 24/7. She just shrugs him off and says it's fine....blahh blahhh. Meanwhile the drive theu guy is moving snail slow. I couldn't wait to get out of there. No one said hello. No one said thank you when I said thank you. They were all doing their own thing. The lack of team spirit is not a good look. And the manager was completely oblivious to the register issues and how drive thru was backing up. I will not come here again. A frozen pizza is cheaper and tasted better than the soggy, floppy, sad pizza being sold. Barely ant cheese and too much sauce and the dough was not cooked thru. Yuck!! Good...
Read moreWas given the wrong order, by the time we noticed something had already been bit into ( which it wasn’t returned bc who’s gonna return wrong food they already started to eat ) They are having you pull up to the window to order, then when you just want the correct order they can’t handle it without a manger and question WHERE the other item is… it was bitten into; and that was also wrong, how else would anyone have KNOWN it was incorrect ( crazy puffs that were supposed to be cheese, NOT pep!). Told me they couldn’t do anything if it was already ate, as soon as we noticed the pizza was incorrect I brought it back, IN TACT! I watched the manager THEN take the label off the pizza that was WRONG, and take it back. Manager had an attitude and assumed I wanted the entire order correct when it was just wanting the correct pizza. You shouldn’t have to check an order, as Ive worked this job before; you check it before you give it to a customer and last I known working a pizza place that the customer was right.. not here I guess! 15 mins goes by, get the pizza delivered by the same manager with the same attitude for it to be incorrect AGAIN, and cut all kinds of crazy. Read moreCall 12 times in 10 minutes no answer so I just drove there called when I was walking in and they just ignored the phone. So I ordered then called several more times while waiting and they still ignore the phone dispite the fact that there where not busy at all couple people in the drive through and I was the only one in the store at the time. A couple of costumers came in behind me and also seemed very unhappy with their service because apparently they had already been when waiting !!!! could here one of the employees in the back telling stories and cursing up a storm dispite the fact that there was now 4 people waiting in the store. Could see another employee on his phone dispite the fact that there was someone standing at the counter. NONE of the employees where wearing gloves or masks dispite the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, when I did get my food it was doughy and under cooked this was Sunday evening at 8:45 pm January 30th 2022. I am extremely disappointed in this particular little ceasers everyone working that shift so be fired I will be contacting corporate office and public health services. Worst little ceasers...
