I tried to explain to these toxic individuals that the Weedmaps order kept coming up for me to give them a review, it just kept popping up one after another I thought my review did not work. I thought it was an important review so I tried to make sure that it did and I am sorry that it sent multiple messages that was not my intent. Do you have my phone number I'm a patient of over 7 years. You could have called me you did not bother this is some more of the unprofessional BS that I've had to put up with. WELL GUESS WHAT? I DO NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH IT ANYMORE THEY BANNED ME FOR MY MULTIPLE REVIEWS. THEY CAN SAY WHAT THEY WANT BUT I'VE DONE NOTHING I'VE BEEN THERE 7 YEARS AND THERE'S NEVER BEEN NO TROUBLE I TIP ALL OF MY BUD TENDERS. SO WHY ELSE WOULD I BE BANNED JOE? ONE OF MY FRIENDS CAME OVER AND WAS WANTING TO KNOW IF I WANTED TO GO UP WITH HIM AND PICK SOME FLOWER UP. I SAID LET ME CALL MY KNEE AND I GUESS I WILL IF THEY GET IT STRAIGHT BUT IF IT MESSES UP AGAIN THAT'S IT. WELL WHEN I CALLED MY ORDER I FOUND OUT THEY HAD PUT ONE OF MY ORDERS BACK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THAT'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SECOND THING I FOUND OUT IS I AM BANNED BY JOE OR ALEXIS I HAVE TO TALK TO ALEXIS KNOW I DON'T HAVE TO TALK TO ALEXIS OR ANYONE. THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY JOE. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO GIVE A REVIEW. AND IF YOU WANT TO HOLD SOMETHING AS LITTLE AS A 67 YEAR OLD WOMAN MAKING A MISTAKE WITH THE WEEDMAPS THEN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. YOU'VE LOST SO MUCH OF YOUR BUSINESS AND YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ON WEEDMAPS FOR SO LONG AS ANY KIND OF WINNER EVEN THOUGH I TRIED MY BEST TO GIVE REVIEWS AND GET MY FRIENDS AND GIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY WERE GIVING A SPECIAL ON THE MORE REVIEWS YOU GET YOU MIGHT GET THE TROPHY. WE ALL FOUGHT FOR YOU JOE I DO NOT KNOW WHY NOW. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UNJUSTLY ACCUSED IN MY LIFE, well wait a minute one other time in 1991 when I went to prison for distribution of cannabis, they called it CDS then, they also got me for the cultivation of cannabis, no tax stamp, in a ton of other bull. So I have been a victim of the war on cannabis for many years. I am 50 other people went together to vote this medical marijuana act in and we rallied hundreds of people together and we won the vote and we got the medical marijuana in Joe should be thanking us for the millions we have made him. Instead this is how he treats a very important person in the movement. I am so done I have even lost my personality and came out of character over this. It makes you mad when people take you for granted and not see that what you're trying to do is give a review out of need For help not out of trying to cause anybody any problems. Is day cruise sucks it's not no lie he has fired everybody. His night crew hanging by a string there's one person and he's going to be gone probably before long you can tell he's stressing very bad. So I don't really care the whole matter is is you need to care people. This place will take you under their wing and then turn around and stab you dead in the back after 7 years of being a great customer spending bookoo money every week every week enough to pay off a car. I'm serious my monthly bill there is the same as my new car payment. I've been living in del city since Jan 2, 2025. Since I've moved here I've been in to this location 4 times, as it is close to where I live. Each time I've been in, I have been met with a security guard that is so flat out rude, I will never return. Each and every time I have went in he refuses to speak when he is greeted, and flat out ignores anything you may try to say even if it's just hello, or a simple question. The last time I was in I gave him my patient card to let him check me in or whatever he needs to do, and I asked him if he would like to see my regular ID as well, since I hadn't been in to this store very many times yet. His response was to look up at me and stare silently, as if he were trying to intimidate me. This immediately made me uncomfortable, He handed my card back, silently, and when I asked if everything was good to go he continues to stare at me in my face and ignore me. I have never been in any business and been treated like this. It was clear to me that he had a very rude and intimidating attitude from the first few encounters, and that he has no interest in being friendly at all. That being said, every other employee I've interacted with was amazing, totally helpful and beyond polite. The quality of product is excellent and prices are decent as well. However I unfortunately will not be returning to this location because I have been made so uncomfortable by this employee. I understand if someone is used to being stern while working a position like that, but that is no excuse to flat out be disgustingly rude and try to intimidate anyone, especially when they are just trying to be...
