If I could put zero stars, i would. I ordered my pregnant wife a cheese quesadilla and nachos. The quesadilla tasted like it had been sitting on the counter all day it was burnt, not even hot and tasted like straight trash from the dump. The nachos i had them separate all the items that came on the nachos, and the portion sizes were enough to feed a bird. There wasn't even a quarter amount of cheese for the nachos, and the EXTRA cheese I ordered there was what looked like black mold in it and had to throw it away. Then the guy on the speaker did not what so ever have good communication skills and was very rude and disrespectful and decided that it was okay to yell at me in the window! But after all that, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the line even though they were super slow. I would not recommend eating here ever, and I sure won't be spending anymore of my money at this unforeseen establishment.

I stop by the Taco Bell near Tinker Air Force Base pretty often, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are consistently friendly, upbeat, and quick to take care of you, even when the drive-thru line is long. The food always tastes fresh and made right — I’ve never had a messed-up order, which says a lot for how busy this location can get. The tacos and Crunchwraps are always warm, and everything comes out fast. You can tell the employees take pride in their work and in giving good customer service. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, both inside and outside, which makes it a nice spot to grab lunch or a late-night bite. Overall, this Taco Bell stands out from others in the area — friendly people, consistent quality, and quick service every time. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells around.

It's been a very long time since I visited a Taco Bell. The burrito's are definitely smaller though (pic included with soda can for comparison), it's about the size of those frozen burritos except even they have more ingredients in them, this was mostly tortilla with a bit of refried beans and a smidgen of some cheap, non-melting shredded cheddar cheese. Cheap though... They're really cutting back too, the wrappers are bland brown now instead of the classic festivized gray and the bag is as thin as tissue paper. I legit poked holes in it just grappling it when I got out of my car. I believe the last time I ate Taco Bell the burrito's were at least twice the size of this in both diameter and length wrapped in a soft, warm tortilla and shredded cheese that melted and could be tasted with every bite.

Not a big fan of this Taco Bell location. My co-worker and I would go to Taco Bell for lunch sometimes and we would get lunch for anybody in the office that wants Taco Bell. The past few times that we’ve been there in the same week we had a rude employee who didn’t even greet us. We pulled into the drive through, not so much of a greet from the lady she just goes “order when your ready” in a tone to where she sounded like she didn’t want to be there” when my co-worker ordered a few things, a few of the items that she ordered the employee goes “our freeze machines our down” and my co-worker goes “oh okay. Is any of the flavors” and before she could even finish her sentence the employee goes “I said our machines are down” and my co-worker and I looked at each other like “Oh my goodness she’s being rude.” All I can say is ordering food from this place was not a fun experience for us that day. The next day was a lot better. The employee who was at the drive through actually greeted us and told us to order when we are ready. Since the freeze machines were down the day before, we figured we’d ask again. The employee said “I’m sorry, but our machines our down” so my co-worker says “oh okay that’s alright” and then the employee responded and said “but the skittles freeze is working if you would like to have that instead?” So we went ahead and ordered some of the skittles freeze, paid for the order and went on with our day. The next day after, I’m not even gonna go into details but once again their freeze machine were down and my co-worker asked if any of the machines were working and the employee said “no when our machines our down, none of the freeze flavors will be working.” We looked at each other like “How did we end up getting a skittles flavor the day before” so my co-worker says “that’s okay.” Paid for the order and left. Now this time my fiancé and I went to Taco Bell to order something for dinner. He ordered food for him and ordered food for me. We were going to get one of the freeze drinks, but once again their machines were down. Cannot believe within four days of the same week the machines were down. We go to this Taco Bell location because it’s the one that’s most convenient, but we can’t order anything without having rude employees or not being able to get one of our orders because of problems with their machines. I’m sorry, but at least put a sign up front or on the ordering menu so that way it won’t be misleading to the customers that they are able to order that certain item. Overall, to keep a business going. The place needs to have excellent customer service which means the employees should be greeting their customers at all times and fixing items so that way customers can order/get what they drove...

TL;DR They got my order wrong TWICE. Their employees are poorly trained. They don't even know the proper ingredients for a regular taco. Drive thru-lady was nice.

I ordered the number 8 combo, which is the DLT. I ordered them regular, which means they just have the meat, cheese, and lettuce, right? Apparently not. I got home and discovered they had indeed put sour cream on the tacos. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen, so I called them. No answer after 10 rings, then once I tried to call back the line was busy. Which means they probably just took it off the hook so they didn't have to answer the phone. Anyway, I decide to just go back through the drive-thru in order to get it fixed. After sitting in the drive-thru a second time for about 20 minutes, I told them what happened. They agreed to fix it of course, but they don't even deserve 2 stars. I get my new order, go home, and guess what? There's only meat and cheese on the tacos, no lettuce. And while there was no sour cream actually on the tacos, it was somehow on the inside of the packaging that held the tacos. It was very sloppy. I will not be going back. Their employees don't even know how to make a regular taco. As soon as you give them a simple instruction, it goes out the other ear. The drive-thru lady was very nice, but the people in the back CLEARLY don't care about their job. If I PAY for something, then I should get what I PAID for. Not the wrong thing TWICE after sitting in the drive-thru for almost an hour all together. Terrible experience. They need a whole new regime change. This same thing has happened TWICE before. I'm absolutely done with every Taco Bell...

Edited 06/17 the service all the time has went downhill. A year ago I posted the following. Each time I come here the food isn't as ordered or just poor quality service with the newer employment. The beans should not be grainy or taste like mopwater. This is daytime service I don't even wanna begin on night crew!

Depending on when you go will depend on your service.

The night crew always gets orders wrong and if you have issues with lettuce in your food dont go during the night. On a burrito that was supposed to be a beefy five layer I had a handfull of lettuce. They mostly all have attitudes. The manager of the night crew even with a receipt will argue with you telling you that you are wrong and they made the order correctly. When you order a beefy 5 layer with no sour cream and there is sour cream they made it wrong. The crew is rude and disrespectful. If you want the order made correctly be prepared to have to go back and get it done, never get an item to go eithout checking for errors.

Breakfast time is good however the breakfast crew has not been trained to make lunch items and rarely have lunch items available at 9am when they offer it. The crew is nice but they have made it clear by telling me they do not know how to make lunch items. If you want lunch done correctly dont go in before 10:15-10:30. It is really a hit or miss on if they will get it correct.

Best time we have found to go is between 10:30-6pm because our order is never wrong and the crew is nice and you NEVER feel like you were just treated like you were below the dirt they walk on. The managers are really nice and the staff during the...
