Los Beto's Restaurant — Restaurant in Del Rio

Went here today Sunday October 29th and the server was super rude. We went in at 215 and they close at 3. I am guessing that’s why she was rude but still that is bad for business. As soon as she spoke I could tell she didn’t want us there for some reason which I couldn’t understand because I always leave big tips. My wife asked for a refill on her water and tea and she rolled her eyes at her. I don’t know what the young lady’s name is but she was wearing jeans and a purple shirt. The beans and rice looked like they were cooked in a hospital cafeteria or something. Also there has to be some kind of OSHA regulations on that fish tank in there. The water looks like is was scooped out of San Felipe Creek. I also saw the same effort put into the cleanliness of the fish tank is the same effort put into the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I get it that the food is cooked from scratch and the food really isn’t the issue. Get your act together Los Betos or someone will get Gordon Ramsey...

Very poor service! I called ahead of time to ask if they were still serving breakfast as it was almost noon. The lady who answered said " yes uhhu" ...My family and I were visiting Del Rio and decided to eat here for breakfast. We walked in not knowing if we could seat ourselves or wait to be seated. I asked the cashier 3 times before she answered me. She told me to wait and asked a waitress to clean a table... I told her there was 5 of us and 2 children. She then said with an attitude "you dont fit here." I asked we're not going to fit? Again she responded "no you dont fit here".... the cashier and other customers heard her and at that point feeling embarrassed I said "ok thank you"and started waking out the door... the cashier tried to stop me but at that point it...

One of your employees named Vikki Hernandez is always under the influence. How can you employ someone who is always high as a kite? Cheap labor I guess. Please teach the waitresses how to properly hold a cup, because I have seen several occasions when they serve , their fingers are dipped in the cup, and not to blow their nose in front of the public when they have a cold, and wash their hands. One of your employees had a cold and didn't bother to go wash her hands after coughing in her hands, which is the same hands that serve other people's food. One of your cooks went to use the bathroom and didn't bother to wash hands. I hope you fix these issues. I'll rate you again...
