What a disappointing experience due to one person's bad attitude! I want to start off by saying my husband and I work a million hours a week and rarely get an opportunity to eat out, so having a negative experience is pretty impactful. When we arrived there was a wait for a table, as to be expected, but it was longer than my stomach wanted to wait, so we asked if there was the option to eat at the bar. They said absolutely! So we stayed! We sat down and the bartender, I believe her name was Faith asked us what we wanted to drink. I ordered a soda and my husband asked if they had any NA Beer (we don't drink) she informed us they don't carry any of that and asked if we were just waiting for a table. We said no we are eating here and asked for menus. She gave us the menus and walked away. We then overheard her complaining to a coworker "I am done with working the bar and people eating up here and they don't even drink!" I chalked it up to general rudeness from someone who is having a bad day. But from there she made it a point through her actions that we were not welcome. Our soup came out and she didn't offer the cheese (mind you she offered it to the other patrons eating at the bar) No breadsticks were provided until we asked (and told it was because they were in the oven despite the fact that she provided some to people the people next to us who ordered after us right before that). Then no plates or silverware were given. We did end up getting everything we needed from the nice man who brought out our food, as Faith made it a point to not walk anywhere near us. He is the reason we left a tip (in case they split) and this was not a 1 Star. Read moreI usually do not leave a bad review after only one experience but our time here on 8/31/2022 was just unacceptable. After waiting 30 minutes for a table which was fine because I understand they were very busy! We brought our daughter here for her special occasion and it was ruined. Very slow service I’m talking about 20 minutes in between every time we saw our waiter! We were left with no refills missing food and a hair in my daughters food! 4 tables next two us with a different waitress ate and left before we did! It was 3 of us and it took 2 hours and not because we were enjoying it. It was because of the slow service! We flagged another waitress down because of the hair in my daughters food, it was replaced but no manager ever came by to discuss it or apologize about it which is bizarre to me!! Waiter came back and told us there was a big altercation in the kitchen, what does this mean and why would he tell us that!?? So unprofessional! The people sitting behind us were having issues as well. I get being busy but this is unacceptable, and very disappointing to pay $50 For extremely slow service and hair in our food! Kept having to ask where our soup was, breadsticks and cheese for the soup, so I guess it isn’t endless!? Forgot what drinks we had, we’d remind him and 10 minutes later he brought the wrong drink. Read moreFirst time we went, it was great. The second time, not so much. I went there for lunch with a friend. I was told it was a 1/2 hour wait and waited 45 minutes. After asking, the hostess told me I was told an hour. She argued with me that I was told an hour, and I wouldn’t have stayed and waited if it was that long. People who came in after us were seated before us. We finally got a table and noticed there were so many tables open. You make customers wait in a crowded and small spaced lobby, but I’m sure they’d rather wait a few extra minutes for a server with a drink. It’s ridiculous to make customers wait an hour when you had tons of tables available and an adequate number of servers. Our server took 20 minutes to take our drink order. He didn’t bring our soup and salad out together. He brought out our soup and then didn’t bring out our salad until 10 minutes after our first bowl of soup was eaten. He brought my friend a dirty salad plate, not once but 2 times before he brought out a clean one. He was incredibly slow and didn’t seem to know how to multitask. I wasn’t as happy this time around. The hosts need training- seat people better so there isn’t so much waiting with half the restaurant full of empty tables. Train your servers to get to the tables within 5 minutes of seating.
