Five Guys — Restaurant in Delafield

Well I have to say this was the first time being there that I had an issue. My boss had me get him a regular size coke and food. When I went to use the machine it wouldn't work. Both machines weren't allowing me to get regular coke. When I told them behind counter the machine wasn't working. They asked a customer to help me. I knew how to use th he soda machine but he felt that I didn't. When customer couldn't get it to work either. I ask an employee who came out to show me and he pour the soda in the cup. I told him it wasn't regular coke. He drink some an told me, you are right that is cherry coke. The other employee asked if he knew how to add the soda in machine. He said yes but he also didn't know. So finally the other guy came out to put it in the machine. Thirty minutes later I finally got my boss his soda. 5 stars would go to the young guys who were working at this location. You can feel their positive energy walking in the door. They are friends, I believe they said they are mostly from the same school and are there together having fun and working hard at the same time. That is the type of fun energy that would keep me coming back to a place. Now, the food, also 5 stars. Expensive? Sure, but worth every penny. The only negative would be the manager. I would give him less than a 1 star review. I overheard him talking negatively about one of the workers to others on his staff. That's a huge no-no. Moreso, the fella getting picked on was super pleasant and working his tale off while the GM was observed doing nothing. Made me uncomfortable to witness. Not cool, should not be in management. Due to this the atmosphere is marked down to a 3-star...and service and overall marks to a 4. ...

Food was absolutely delicious and I am full to the brim! The staff was very courteous, efficient and Mike, the manager, was on point checking on all the other diners to make sure they were enjoying themselves. He did the same with me and honestly, that goes a long way. Makes guests feel welcome.

For the people complaining about the prices, they are posted in large text above the cash register. If it's too pricey for you, all you have to do is leave. I'd be willing to bet that over half of you didn't even eat the food but left a review anyway.

A giant, delicious cheeseburger that I had, was worth every single penny and the fries overflowed the cup and half of the bag.
