Read moreThis is a GREAT store, not only for selection and layout but for the friendly, HELPFUL and fun staff. They go the extra mile and make SUCH a difference in the shopping experience. I didn't know how good we had it til I introduced a friend to STP at their new location this week in Brookfield, (closer to home.) Won't make that mistake again. Grumpy and unhelpful. And we dealt with no less than four staff members including store manager. Not a good vibe in this new Brookfield store at all. Yes, it is big but it felt like walking into a warehouse and somehow, the selection lacked the uniqueness of Delafield merchandise. Doesn't matter that it is larger than Delafield, will NOT be returning. Sad that staff don't realize what an impact they make upon customers especially first timers coming in.
