I am very disappointed of the customer service. I am running late for work but decided to stop by to enjoy a delicious breakfast. When I walked in I did not know you order from the kiosk nor did I know they don’t take cash. It was 10 minutes before anyone realized I was standing there waiting.

Brittany explained “you have to go through the drive through to pay with cash. We have people waiting in the drive though as well.” After watching me stand around for 10 minutes. How rude and disrespectful to ruin someone’s day because you are stressed out from the drive through.

I spoke to the manager and she looked just as lost and didn’t care or come up with a solution for me not to wait double time for me not knowing about the changes.

A very kind gentleman paid for my breakfast because he understood and had the same issue with this same restaurant.

So I have live her before these even opened. Your selection is less when it comes to bagles and they are smaller yet you charge more. You run people so fast threw you don't have time to even make sure your giving them the right order they just hand it to you. I have had to get out of my truck and go back in two many times for getting the wrong stuff. I don't care if everyone wants it fast half the time it's not even cooked. Today I got a bagle with cream cheese and I ordered the bacon egg bagle and I didn't have time to go back. I really wish I was closer to a different location. It’s always something, forgetting the extra ice, or I love the one from the other when she handed me my cocoa mocha signature latte and it looked like just cream and sugar, anyone who gets mocha knows how dark your drink looks (iced) so I said I don’t think this is mocha, she says yes it is, it’s the espresso that makes it dark. Lol I said so mocha doesn’t add to the color. So I tasted it just to give her the benefit of the doubt and sure enough, not one drop of mocha.
