Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in DeLand

During covid-19 we work together as a community. We help guide each other through the traffic lanes in the drive thru, we have more patience with everyone and understanding. I appreciate the manager for going above and beyond when I had requested the online promotion that was needing a code that I could not provide. As an essential worker myself; our staff has been limiting the amount of people and exposure out of respect and responsibilities for others and we are doing food runs for the office. We find local and everyone puts in their order and I usually get the food. Unfortunately, with their online promotion it will give you a code you need to use in store. I only have 15 min before it expires. All 3 of us want the same deal and want to use our own form of payment. When I get to the window to order prepared for all the answers and issues, I wasn't expecting even more issues. I need the code!I am going on my phone to pull up the code and Popeye's has a window pop up that I can't click out of in order to do a mobile order. Still no success but they were able to complete the transaction. I pull up to the window thank them again and reminded them we are in this together and I appreciate the understanding. The response back is if I'm using their promotion then I should have had three people in my car. I again thanked them for my order and patience and understanding that my co-workers are in the office waiting for lunch and drove off. Very rude "Manager". I normally don't post reviews but I came one morning and I am choosing what i wanted through drive thru and shes pretty much choosing for me . She was like oh and pepsi for the drink before i even said anything as if she was in a rush to get my order (mind you Im the first & only customer there) . Then i see on my bank account later that I was charged twice, so i call to speak with the Manager and the person who answered was a Male and was the manager but he passed me to the Manager who would've taken my order that morning and she was just RUDE saying "i took your order, i didnt swipe twice" okay again i have my bank statement showing TWO chargers . And in a rude tone shes saying "our reports dont lie" "go check with your bank" . Like i said I normally dont post reviews but this Manager is just rude and has no good customer service. I just got my card compromised so that is my reason for concern and she doesn't even offer to look at my bank statement maybe resolve issues quicker and in a kindly manner but no tells me to call my Bank and her "reports dont lie" and to have my bank call them. My bank did say I got charged TWICE and they will be resolving the issue but this Manager had no reason to first off treat me like she had something better to do while I was ordering and then give attitude to a customer when there has...

Heard Popeyes had a crispy chicken wrap i haven't seen! I've been doing food reviews every week with my community on twitch so i was excited to try it live and give my thoughts.. This location looks pretty rough. parking lot has pot holes and bumps everywhere. Felt Rushed in the drive through from the lady at the window that felt like she didn't even wanna be there to help me like i was a problem for coming to get food. Ordered 2 wraps. 1 spicy one regular. Drove up to the window to get my food. with very little interaction from the staff, got my food then pulled off. so far already not the best experience. opened up the spicy wrap first. looked ok. was horribly wrapped. sauce slopped in there only on one side of the wrap. chicken wasn't even the length of the wrap and was put in there half hanging out. the regular wrap was ripped when i opened it and covered in some sauce that made it soggy that overall ruined the flavor and crispiness of the chicken. ended up not even being able to finish them and felt like i was almost ripped off. This location needs to do better cause at this point that's ridiculous. You never want to pull up somewhere to get food and be treated like this. id much rather spend money on a mom and pop spot where people care.
