Went in to purchase the keto ice cream but would not sell it to me in the quart size even though they had sold it to me the week prior. Sorry, lost my business!

So now to add to my review since the owner commented. You must have me confused with someone else. I know who the owner is and she is not the one who served me the first or second time. Nothing was put aside for me as you said. It was pulled out of the freezer and nothing was said about that being the only time it could be done. Why would I have come back? I came back because I assumed it was always an option. The second time I went in, the owner was speaking with another customer and didn't serve me that time either. I was treated so rudely by the 2nd employee that served me I was in tears by the time I walked to my car. It would have been good customer service for her to explain nicely, or to even tell a customer that you wouldn't be able to do that right now but could at a later date when it was fresh. But instead she treated me with such disrespect, so I bought only my daughter's ice cream, and decided not to return to an establishment that treats customers like that. My 9 year old daughter saw it all and commented on how rude she was. The 2 stars are for your terrible customer service, high prices, and snarky...

Their ice cream (home made gelato) is quite extraordinary. Even most of the ingredients are home made like the toffee for their chocolate toffee sea salt and the pralines for their new peach praline. There aren’t artificial ingredients or food additives in their gelato and not only does this create an ice cream that is vastly superior in taste and quality to all others, it also doesn’t give me an allergic reaction since I am allergic to additives. Each time I go I find a new favorite ice cream. Today it’s chocolate toffee sea salt. It was loaded with home made toffee inside of rich chocolate gelato — like eating a candy bar and an ice cream at the same time. I also love creme brûlée and cookie toffee crunch or something like that. And it's great that they have a few keto ice creams. This is the best gelato I’ve had anywhere in the world. I am so lucky to have it here in town. A single scoop ice cream cone is only $3. That’s very satisfying because it’s so rich! But sometimes I splurge and get a double scoop waffle cone for about $7. It’s YUGE!!! Be aware their employees are not wearing face masks and you can use the drive-thru to avoid going inside....

This place is amazing. They make everything from the caramel to the cones (you can see them doing cones if you show up when they're not busy). The ice cream flavors are really interesting. There are normal ones, but there are also interesting different ones, too. Check their Facebook for updates.

There is a huge bright mural across the street with some tables which is an awesome place to sit and eat your cone.

Besides the good ice cream, the staff are lovely. Kind of a sad story following here but a good example of the heart of this place: when my service dog was dying of cancer, one of the few things he still enjoyed eating was Sweet Spot's coconut ice cream. I bought a container of it to give him his meds in, and when they found out what it was for one of the clerks gave me a whole back of broken cone pieces too (he loved those). Lovely people, I would definitely recommend this place.
