Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Delano

I do not recommend this Chipotle. Walking in with no customers at 6 pm should have been a give away. Started with worker dropping meat on counter then putting it back into my daughters quesadillas. Then apparently this one does not offer any sides except beans and rice for kids meal. Kids meals have no replacements so she got rice no beans and I had to pay extra for sour cream. Bought my dinner, I told the worker it’s to go! They used a brown paper bag for my bowl, placed it on the chair next to me, by the time we got home I felt that my pants was wet with Barbacoa juice, took the bag and then everything dropped because the bag was very wet from the juice, called Chipotle, they apologized and said normally if it’s to go they will double the container told them she did not! I was thinking that they will at least offer a replacement but they did not! Management please train...

The staff is very unprofessional. They are not friendly or welcoming to the customers to let you know they acknowledge you being there. My last two visits there were digital orders so I drove up to the window. Three different employees went near the window and did not help me.
