We were traveling today and decided to go in for a quick breakfast. It was almost 630am, and the dining room still had both dining room doors locked. The sign on the doors said it opened at 5. The drive thru was open and running fine. I had gone to both doors and was looking in at the employees staring at me. I decided to call and ask about the doors. The manager shouted out to someone about them, never unlocking the doors. Then she said she'd come open them. She was not very apologetic at all. She said she was in training, but her name tag did say manager. My thought was that whoever is training her is doing a horrible job. She could've at least given me my $1 coffee for free sheesh. Anyways, the food was kinda cold as well as coffee. We were very disappointed in this location. Seems very new and it ooked modern inside. Hopefully, the morning crew will get their crap together. When local people get new restaurants, they expect them to be nice. Hopefully, the local residents will get better service and hot food. This was the manager who needed a lot more...
Read moreLast night after getting out of work and on my way home I stopped to get something to eat for my bf and me. I ordered 5 mcchicken and medium fries. I live like 5 minutes away and on my way home I was picking at the fries. I got home and realized we got 2 mc chicken and 4 or 5 mc muffins. I work at a restaurant so I know that things get mixed up sometimes so i started laughing. I drove back to try and see if we could get the correct order since the other food would go to the trash. I got there exactly at midnight which is when they close and when I pulled up to the window the night manager (I assume) was there. She was also the one who helped me the first time. I told her what happened and she apologized and went to get me my order. I waited a few minutes and got the correct one. She was really nice and I really appreciate the way she handled the situation. I don't usually right reviews but last night was just such good customer service that I felt the need to.

Read moreThis particular store is more of a hit or miss. Every now and then, its great. They give you everything that you paid for and provide great service. However, this time they missed. I ordered 4 big breakfasts through the mobile app and only received two of them. Granted, we picked it up a little late and didn't notice the missing items until we got home. After calling back the store, we were told they "couldn't find" the order, and that they could either replace the missing meals with items from their lunch menu (Breakfast just ended) or come back for the food another day. They didn't offer a refund. When we got back to the store, the employees were pretty much ignoring the front counter in general. There weren't many people in the drive thru and two employees were just kind of standing around laughing and looking at their schedule.
