Is there a way to give zero stars? Just ordered 2 turkey and cheese subs. they cost $15 bucks. I told them to leave the bread in. Once again they didn't and I told them to add extra meet and cheese. They charged us for the extras and never added them. They are the skimpiest subs ive ever seen in all my life. This is the experience I get with Jimmy Johns every single time I order from them which is very rare. I forget why I dont order food from them until I unwrap my sub and then im rudely reminded of why I dont. I wont forget next time. Never again. Id rather go hungry then give them $15 for 2 subs for me and another person which after eaten we will still be starving anyways. No joke, Ive had pancakes fatter then these sad looking subs. If you want a sub in Delavan, go give your money to Patty's Downtown Deli. You wont regret it. This is a family owned business and for the same money you'd spend at Jimmy Johns, you'll get a sub that is 3 times fatter then theirs hands down and the quality is many many times better....
Read moreI have had two experiences with them, both unpleasant. The first was an attempt to place an order for delivery over a year ago. I called and asked if they delivered to the development where I reside, about a half mile from their business and they said no. I just wrote it off.
The second was an experience a couple of weeks ago when I decided to stop there. I placed my order, which included chips, a drink and a cookie. I am handicapped. After placing my order, I was having some difficulty trying to gather everything, including my credit card and my cane. The arrogant fellow behind the counter kept repeating to me that I pick up my order at the end of the counter, as if I were stupid. I am a retired college professor who is handicapped, not stupid. If he was sincerely interested, he could have assisted me. It is my last time in the establishment. Their inability to deal with patrons speaks volumes. Read the...
Read moreThis might be my favorite JJ in South WI. Came in at about 5:45pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but they still got all the food out fast and it was all correct. Employees were very positive and helpful. While I was eating I couldn’t help but notice a woman sitting towards the back of the restaurant who was very grumpy and kept asking for the General Managers phone number. One employee brought her food to her and another came over and asked how he could help her but she refused stating she needed the General Manager’s information with a displeasing tone of voice. I thought she was quite rude to be totally honest, it’s just a sandwich shop it cannot be that serious. Props to the employees for being calm and trying to help! It is peak dinner time on a Saturday, they are doing amazing. It’s the full moon, all the unusual folks are out today! Keep up the great work this is an awesome...
