Came into this location for a DoorDash order while I was waiting ordered food that was extremely overcooked/half crumbs and burnt (curly fries). Checked in with the person at the counter for my order and continue to wait for about eight minutes for them to finally ask for the single item order that I was waiting for just to be told that it was already given out. I’ve experienced before at my other job as a manager at a food location, drivers accepting and taking orders and then dropping the order to keep the food. I explain this to them and ask them could they make the wrap for my order so I can deliver it because clearly I still have the order. with me asking that I got an attitude and got a “oh well that’s not my problem”. Then the manager came over and asked me to verify with the customer that they didn’t double order so I tried to call unfortunately couldn’t get in contact with them, but regardless, even if they did double order, both orders should not have been given to the first driver, unless it was verified that they had both orders on their screen. They allowed me to continue to wait there for about a total of 10 minutes until I finally was done and dropped the order after informing the customer that they refused to remake the order. They are lucky that I had my child with me and I decided not to respond back because I would’ve gotten one more attitude and it would’ve been handled a whole different way. This is not a way to treat people because guess what when a order is messed up because you guys gave out a double order that you shouldn’t have it is your problem! And trust and believe even after this review, I will be contacting your GM as well because this is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be treated...
Read moreThe manager was preparing the drinks and placing Tops on the cups with no gloves during a pandemic an under a sign that says your facility is following all safe and healthy guidelines. My Italian sub was tasteless, my sweet potato waffle fries were rubbery, my soda tasted off and my milkshake was more like ice milk shake. It wasn't creamy at all. Big disappointment! When I asked the woman at the window why the person preparing drinks didn't have on gloves she said well that's our manager. The manager came over and in a hateful tone said I'm allergic to gloves. So I guess the public has got to go on a hope and a prayer that they'll be lucky that day that she doesn't have covid-19 because shes allergic to gloves. As a manager I guess she couldn't figure out how to put somebody else on the line handling food and she certainly had no customer service savvy. I rarely go to Arby's anyway but your new menu was very enticing. I am sad to say I won't be visiting...
Read moreTotally disappointed in this Arbys location in Glasgow. I used the drive-thru and ordered 3 beef and cheddar cheese sandwiches. I asked for extra packs of Arby Sauce and Horsey Sauce. I pulled away from the pickup window to check the order. There were 3 sandwiches but no packets of sauce at all. I pulled back through the drive thru and explained. The girls response was that I could have walked inside to grab the sauces. No apology for the mistake. I guess the concept of using the drive-thru so you don't have to walk inside is lost to her, let alone getting orders filled correctly the first time so customers do not have to come back to get it corrected. When I get home, the sandwiches had no cheddar cheese on them at all. Plain roast beef. Really disappointed by the service. Will not be visiting this...
