Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Delaware

We stopped here for a snack. We hustled to get there before they closed at 6pm. We walked up to the counter at 5:35pm and the employees told us they were already closed. I thought when you worked in the food service industry closing time was closing time then you cleaned up for the day. This is so unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I have stopped at this location during the hours it stated it was open and it was not. At least this time their were actually employees there to disappoint us. I will never return to this...

Someone explain to me why not one of the 6 employees working were wearing gloves?! This is combo Auntie Anne's, Carvel, and Cinnabon, and while the food was fresh and delicious, (SO BUSY!), we watched employees touch their face and then the food...and not wash their hands! Just bought 3 cinnamon sugar pretzels and I noticed the way the lady working was squeezing them to I guess see how old they were... Really old was the answer but still served them. When I was leaving and checked them I noticed the granulated cinnamon sugar was cooked into a hard glaze. Go the extra distance and go to the mall or just roll down your window and throw...
