Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Delaware

I ordered a large Bobbi for $21.99 yesterday on 10-18-25 at the basin road location and unfortunately It was terrible. My first bite of one of the halves I got a long thin bone like hard cartilage about 2 to 2½ inches long! (Choking Hazard) 🤦‍♂️ The bread was tough, it felt like I had to rip it off super aggressively to get a bite. After a few bites I gave up and tried opening the roll to just eat the inside with a fork but even that had its embarrassing reveal. Inside the sub were miniscule shreds of turkey, some of it was dried like it was sitting out, there were no actual nice bite size chunks or full pieces of turkey, let alone the right amount of meat for a large roll. It was seriously dreadful. The employee who made that terrible thing and allowed it to be sent out should be re-trained. Either the employee did it on purpose or they had no care or concern about the quality of the food they are responsible for preparing for customers. It's hard to believe that was a Capriotti's sub, and one you're known for, The Bobbi! Ordered almost $30 worth of food tonight, each sandwich, cheesesteak was short on steak, no sweet peppers were on the side, my turkey didn't have lettuce and did have cheese that I specifically said I didn't want. The cookies were burnt, all you had to do was look at them to see it. The cookies should have never been sold. Take a good long look at the pictured cheesesteak in their photos, they don't make them like that anymore. Tonight's cheesesteak was all roll and Kaiser roll sandwiches are no longer available. When I called, I heard someone say that we received the alloted amount of meat for what was ordered. Capriotti's used to be great, we've been customers for over 25 years. When I was sick and hadn't eaten in almost 2 weeks, the turkey on a kaiser was what got me to start eating again. It was stated that Capriotti's has made changes, I am so disappointed with your changes and bad service. Last time I was there, I got to listen to two employees fighting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Today was the first time I went to capriotti's since last summer. I stopped going because the last cheese steak I purchased had an extremely small amount of meat on it. I honestly couldnt believe my eyes when I opened the roll. It was shocking. I was like are you kidding me? I wanted to drive it back and show a manager but I was already home. I never ordered from them again until today. I thought I would give them another try. I said maybe what happened last time was a flook. maybe it was someone new that didn't know what they were doing. I ordered a cheese steak today just as I did on my previous visit. there was more lettuce and pickles then there was meat. The meat was scarce. there were big chunks of lettuce that they didn't bother to break up. there were tons of pickles. on one half there were 13 pickles.. I moved the lettuce and the pickles around so I could find the meat. there was a very very small amount of meat. They are ripping people off. what I bought was a salad on a roll.
