IDIOTS. Scheduled and pre-paid an installation for today at 11am!!. By 2:30pm and they had still not arrived. Nobody calls me to advise that there is a delay of any kind. I contact the store to find out whats going on, and first the girls hang up on me several times for having the audacity to call and inquire at all. THEN a store Manager named "Steve" advises me that the installers MAY be here by 4:30pm, but he cant promise that. I ask to speak with the Manager "Dan" who I made the deal with, and of course he is not there. MId the fact that my staff and I have disassembled desks in the office waiting for the installers to arrive. Now of course we are stuck waiting for installers who may/may not arrive and if they do, we may be here until 10pm waiting for them to finish the job. UPDATE This is an update and reply to the "owners" untruthful response below. He states that we were "2nd stop" to that would somehow indicate the installers arrived on time? We were told 11am!! There was no call to indicate they were running late. Also the main issue was that when I called in to ask an ETA the admin ladies refused to even get me an answer as to when they would arrive. As expected they arrived at 5pm!! I was here until midnight reassembling desks and computers after they left. The owner also states that we are somehow responsible for the install taking longer because "the rooms were not cleared of furniture as they were supposed to be and the installers moved furniture free of charge" COMPLETE BS!! I have my receipts right here and it states very clearly that I was charged $75 for furniture moving and that I was repsponsible for clearing away the personal items, computers, etc...which we did, TWICE!! Since they didnt arrive we had set them back up to try and get some work done then take everything apart again when they called to say they were en route. ALSO I personally took apart any furniture that needed to be disassembled. How many lies can they come up with. Nothing was done "free of charge" for me. Complete BS and lies!! UPDATE** So not only has nobody from Airbase responded to several calls placed to their store, as it was requested above for me to do. "Sandy" however will just continue to hang up the phone when you ask to speak with a Manager. The "manager" Dan is out on leave and Ive left several messages for his "manager" Tom Fletcher", who simply does not return phone calls. When I asked "Sandy" who would be above Tom that I could speak to, she got irate and hung up the phone on me. Now we are in a perpetual game of them refusing to allow access to anyone in a supervisory position. ONE of the problem at this place is people like Sandy herself. There is ZERO chance she should be dealing with the public. Rather than helping to solve problems, she just gets irate and hangs up the phone. Considering that I had a botched install, where they also ruined my freshly painted walls. Ive called again and asked directly who was the boss to "tom Fletcher" and I was told that he didnt have a boss. i asked if that meant he owned the company, to which "sandy" said "Yes he does". Of course he doesnt own the store, he is the district manager. This is how they employees there behave when you have an issue with your job or install. BE WARNED. UPDATE AGAIN* UPDATE to my review. I just spoke with "Michael Guyer" at the store who cursed and screamed at me, and advised them that I wanted a refund or I was going to charge back my credit card at the bank and then they could take me to court if they wanted their money. He actually, and im not even joking, threatened to "have someone come rip out their carpet from my office and take it back if I did that". Sales person was very helpful, kind and patient during the sale. Not so much after the rugs came in(yesterday friday) oval shaped. I did not order oval. Anyway. I waited two weeks or more. Never got a phone call they were in. Was told the girl that makes the calls is out... I had to call there. Picked up rugs. Opened small opening when I got home(wrapped in plastic) immediately noticed wrong shape. called store. put on hold. Susan(our sales person) stated she won't be working Monday and the girl who handles special orders is not there today. so she will leave special order girl a note about this issue. bla bla bla...took rugs back....want my money back. why should you sit on my money for a month. manager called he has to approve refund. He comes walking up slapping his lips in my face(apparently it was dinner time) DISGUSTING AND NO MANNERS. So he says he needs to check rugs first....why didn't you check rugs before you said I could come pick up? Your store doesn't check specialty orders to make sure what was ordered was sent? Then he says there is no rug pad & he knows there was.....WAIT so you did check the order or you didn't? Rug pad wasn't in there...so basically tried to make it sound like we stole it! I was told if i get refund can't reorder correct rugs. who cares. stick your rugs and your unprofessionalism where the sun does not shine. Forgot to mention another lady at counter telling me to calm down....really....I never raised my voice but I was adamant that this con man rug company you got gone on here was not gone to steal my money or any more of my time. You know if someone would have said hey sorry about this....Not sure what happened here...I am gone to get this fixed ASAP...please give me a week or so more. Oh and here is your 5 dollar bridge toll back etc. Just show some kind of customer service....I would have been fine....but they all acted like "what's the problem" so what it is oval.    Read moreUnresponsive sales person, Tyler L. Never returned my phone calls. The worker (Al?) in Bay 4 where we picked up our carpet lied to us about carpet pad being cut to the size of the rugs. It was not cut, we received a 12â x 7â 10â pad. We special ordered two area carpets on May 14th. Explaining that we would pick them up in about one month. One carpet was to be cut and bound in an 8 ft. Round. The other was 4x6â. After going home and remeasuring our space we decided to have the round cut into an octogon, and the rectangle reduced to 66in x 38 in. I called twice to make sure they had changed the cutting measurements. Tyler said he noted the changes, but upon closer inspection of my pick up receipt, he only changed the octagon. So I should have caught the mistake on the smaller carpet when I received the receipt, but when we picked up the carpet on June 9, it was rolled and wrapped in plastic. The padding was not with the carpet and they had to go get it. I asked the man if it was cut to size and he assured me it was. The rugs are beautiful, but the rectangular rug was still 4x 6, and we had to spend two hours cutting the pads to size. Usually this would be no problem but we have moved to SC and could not easily bring it back to be correctly cut and bound. We finally decided to just cut the rug ourselves and try to get it rebound. I have called 3-4 times to find a solution hoping to be able to take it to the Charlestown store Tyler mentioned when we originally purchased. Tyler still has not returned our calls. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one it that the carpet is beautiful and Sandy who works in the office was very nice. Be sure to check your receipt if you have a special order and have them unroll and measure before you leave the pick up warehouse space! I would like to Thank the store Manager, Michael Guyer for stepping in and calling us to correct the mistakes made by the sales person. Mr. Guyer ordered us the correct size of carpeting and had it bound and shipped to us in South Carolina. Thanks again to Mr Guyer! Our rug fits perfectly!
