Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

SNEEZING ON PIZZAS AND GIVES THEM TO CUSTOMERS !!!! Third incident. As of 2 weeks ago I used to order chicken tenders once or twice a week. Well not anymore. I walked in to get my chicken tenders and seen the heavier set Mexican guy sneezing all over the pizzas and in the empty pizza boxes. He was facing the pizza box on the counter when I walked in, covered his face with his t-shirt and sneezed through it onto his hand and all over the inside of the box. We all know tshirts and cloth masks doesnt block droplets.. I didn't say anything yet, so he turns around and faces the oven and the pizza is basically inches from his face and he sneezed all over the pizza without covering his face at all . He made the claim the he did but clearly he did not as he was grabbing the pizza from the oven and sneezes two big sneezes all over the pizzas inside the oven. I feel bad for going off on a rant because of the children and halloween party but I went off on them anyway. This was totally unacceptable.

AAAAAAAND EVEN STILL HE GAVE THEM TO THE CUSTOMERS !!!!! I'm telling everyone on social media too.. this location has to go. Or management of this location. We need proper sanitary conditions in this location. This place clearly has not changed as about 4 years ago I seen a girl picking food off of a pizza and eating it . They don't even look around which means they don't care if management finds out or sees it. They need good management that will hold employees accountable. This man should not be anywhere near food. Telling management makes no difference, she defends the conditions. I got a sandwich with rotten meat on it , you could smell it soon as you open up the sandwich. I brought it back and she smelled the sandwich and said it was fresh... There was no possible way her. Or the man making that sandwich didn't know the meat was no good. I usually like certain food from Season’s. For this location I loved their cheesesteaks but I like the route 40 location for a lot of other items. So for this review I am speaking for the route 13 New Castle, DE location only. This was the 2nd time I had an issue with my food order but after this incident I’m finished with this location. I had ordered a chicken cheesesteak wrap with blue cheese and hot sauce or buffalo sauce. The route 40 location nailed the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak wrap. Not so much for this location. I was finished when I wasn’t satisfied with my food, so I called them to complain that my wrap didn’t have any hot sauce which was what was on the menu. So I explained that my wrap didn’t have any sauce and they told me that the chef said he put hot sauce on it. I didn’t see any evidence of hot sauce or buffalo sauce., I even took a bite and no dice. I think when they didn’t believe me and I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to show them my food, the guy says “looks like hot sauce too me!” It don’t matter what it looks like to you Sir because regardless I’m not satisfied and I asked for my money back. He then asked if they could remake the wrap, I said “no thanks…I just want a refund!” So I made up my mind I’d never order food from that place again. You lost a good customer because you wanted to be a jerk…never again. Customer...

I lived in back of seasons for 40 years and never really had a bad experience there but this last visit was a bad one. Me and my grandkids were there for lunch and we had ordered a pizza and a basket of fries with cheese. The inexperienced waitress brought me a small bowl of fries which from my past experiences came on a large dinner and me and the wife could never finish. I asked the waitress is this the basket of fries I ordered and she said and I asked it's usually a big basket but I was wrong I confused with another place. I never asked for manager but the waitress did it anyway just to bring over manager for the manager to say to me I worked here for 9 years and you are wrong to walk away with waitress to laugh at me and make comments about me. I couldn't believe what just happened that she went out of the way to prove me wrong. Basically very rude and not a very smart manager and the waitress was on her cell phone the entire time I was there and never came back for drink refills or asked me how everything was. I was there for my grandsons birthday and didn't even stay for dessert we went elsewhere. Note this was the first bad experience there...
