I have been ordering here for a while , NOT happy at all with the service , the staff is rude, very unpleasant and unfriendly ( just three people of the staff) , I have encountered two different situations and this pass Saturday I was done 12/15/18 .So today I requested to speak with a supervisor or assistant supervisor and long behold the assistant supervisor came from the back and I refused to speak with her explaining to the employee that, that's the lady that was so rude / nasty and as I described the incident and how she spoke to me the employee agreed with me saying yes that's how she talks too.. I was like Wow she either needs to be Fired or go for training, I don't believe in firing employees cause we all need our jobs but training and write up ok... But this young lady needs some serious training and also you are going to want your customers to stay and more customers to come... Thank you... P.S I never ate my cheesesteak that I bought because they made it in the back ,when I ask the Lady at the register she had an attitude about it.... Any other time the gentleman always makes it in front on the grill..... But it's ok They needed the money more than I did...
Read moreCalled 4 times to order a cheese steak today for my mother 5/18/2023 at 728p no one answered the phone. So when I pulled up to the store I asked the store manager Tiffani was in the lobby removing trash she asked me how was my day I said ok. I informed her that I called 4 times and no one answered. She stated that they cut their phones off at a certain time because they are about to close. Now mine you their store doesn't close until 8p and I do understand that they have to clean up and breakdown the grill. But their is no excuse for cutting off the phones. How are customers supposed to rectify a situation if yall messed up on their order or if they wanted to order food or they left something in your establishment? It just doesn't make sense that yall make the customers drive all they way to the store because someone doesn't want to do their job and answer the phone. Read moreHad lunch there yesterday and enjoyed it so I decided to back today and I ordered the same thing which was the Capastrami. I pull out money to pay (all I had was a hundred dollar bill) and the girl immediately cancelled my order and said we don’t take that (this was approximately 12pm), never checked her drawer for change, never asked if I had anything smaller which I didn’t, so I asked her why. She told me the order was too small to accept the bill, I said it’s money and she said the order wasnt large enough. Money is money, it’s all I had at the time, so is it my understanding that your store only excepts large orders for a hundred or fifty dollar bill or is it that you don’t except large bills because I didn’t see a sign to the contrary. She was rude and dismissive about us as well, guess I’ll have to take my large and small bills to another...
