Staff didn’t even acknowledge my existence as a customer. Terrible experience. I placed my own the go mobile order and when I come in the store, no one even acknowledges i am a customer there. There was no ketchup left in container, so i remain standing at counter, to ask an employee for some. I make eye contact with four different employees, and twice with the manager (in a different colored shirt). I am standing there for eight minutes. I say excuse me to several different employees. Eventually I shouted “Hey” and that got the attention of one employee who had already passed by me once before. Of course I understand some employees are naturally more shy than others, but for 4 different employees to literally make eye contact with me and not say anything, including one being the manager, this is rude. As i work at a Dunkin, this behavior is appalled at. At my dunkin i was trained that every customer who enters, needs to be greeted. And if a customer is standing at the counter, I was taught to always ask them what they are waiting for, even if they are already holding part of their order. Very rude staff at this location. We are staying across the street and had a receipt from Saturday night offering a 99 cent cone within 3 days. We came in Tuesday afternoon and ordered two double scoops.
Linda scooped our ice cream and she was FANTASTIC. We haven't been to Baskin Robbins before so it took awhile to order, but Linda stood back and let us have our time. After we ordered my girlfriend got a Gold Ribbon ice cream and Linda took the time to make sure the scoop we got had all the ribbon flavors! We were very impressed, she even made multiple scoops so we got one that was perfect!
At the register I present the 99 cent coupon, but it didn't work! She told me we had to use it within three days (I thought, Sunday 1, Monday 2, Tuesday 3). Linda tried not once, not twice, but thrice and honored the coupon!

Read moreI am a local resident and use this Dunkin’ regularly because it’s the only one open year round and the closest to my home, others are 30 or more mins away. I would say this place makes our drinks and food correct about 10% of the time. Ice coffees are hit or miss. We always pay extra $$ for extra pumps of Carmel flavor because we never can taste it and even then, it’s hard to detect. Some days there is no flavor at all. The breakfast meals are usually overcooked and burnt. After several disappointing try’s we stopped buying them altogether. When mistakes are brought to their attention, there’s never an apology. The people working the window are usually pleasant but can’t say the same for the manager.
