Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Honestly, I don’t know why I keep coming back. I guess because it’s the closest Dunkin. But the prices are a bit higher than others but the coffee and service are not good. I’ve tried all different kinds of shaken espresso, hot coffee, ice coffee, cold brew to find something I like but it just seems like it is never made right. The workers seems irritated all the time. I ordered a cold foam cold brew today and the lady seemed irritated when handing it to me and shut the window super quick. I waved and told her it was supposed to have cold foam and she said no and I showed her the sticker with the order then she took it and sprayed cold foam out a can (I had no clue that their cold foam wasn’t homemade or I wouldn’t of gotten it). It was just a tiny bit & dissolved so quick. When I took my first sip, it tastes like water with a dash of coffee. I actually just ended up brewing my own coffee at home even though I wanted cold brew. think I’m done trying to give this...

You sumbucks forgot my dadgum taters in my order an now I'm still hungry. I thought America ran on dunkin'? How is this fine, blue blooded, hard workin specimen of an American supposed to run at all if I'm still so dadgum hungry I could eat the sole of my Redwing steel toe work boots (made in America) and rip the seat plum out of my own wrangler jeans (also made in America) to use as a nakin? Now you work that out for me ol son. I ain't gonna be at 100% for my work day cuz I'm starvin and now some poor ol woman or fella is gonna have their wheels an tires rotated at like a 75% as-good-as-it-could-be of a job. See the pain you people are passing along? Your actions have consequences, my peepaw taught me that early on and now there's a domino effect set in motion and I'm only gonna be servicin' folks today with a 75% or somethin smile cuz of y'all. I reckon I'll take my buisness to that hippie dippie...

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was unacceptable. The service was horrible from the moment I walked in. Staff appeared indifferent and inattentive, but worse than that—the food was cold and clearly not fresh.

What shocked me most was the complete lack of hygiene. I witnessed workers checking food temperatures and handling donuts with bare hands—no gloves, no hand washing, nothing. Watching someone touch food that’s going to customers without any sanitary precautions is absolutely disgusting, especially in a food service environment.

There seems to be zero regard for basic food safety practices, and it made me question how this location is allowed to operate. I won’t be returning and suggest others think twice before eating here. Dunkin’ needs to seriously review this location’s practices before...
