The Bear Popeyes is by far the best of the Bunch. I've been to Newcastle and Wilmington and although it is the save over for all threethree. This store has the condiments out on the counters available for customers to use at they're own convenience. Napkins which see to be disappearing from so many stores. And let's be honest, eatting fried chicken- We need a few. There's even Honey & Jelly z also out on ther counters for the biscuits. My favorite part! They sell 1/2 & full gallons of their delicious tea in a cool carry bag- although I'm not sure how accurate these bags are when measuring the amounts. Popeyes is located directly across from Fox Run shopping Center where another - -Not our Most FAVORITE- competitor is located. After my visit here I've learned and believe it to be true that the management here is much more people and employee friendly. Happier employees provider a much friendlier environment. The store is very clean, well organized, & decorated to create a pleasing experience while dinning in. The Kithrn area looks very well organized, and clean. I watched as our side dishes were actually bruh prepared and ate with confidence. The bathrooms have colorfully tiles & are also very neat & clean. Plenty of parking, dine-in seating placement spacious & allows for a more at hone without feeling like you are eattinh with staff or other costumers. I hope it continues I've been 3x at diffent times of day & its been consistsnt so far. This store should be a required visit got nee owners & new hired mangement to learn from their excellence. Read moreI went through the drive through of one of my fav restaurants only to encounter 3 Spanish males who were rude, overly aggressively and all out scary. I have been to this location probably over 40 times. They are typically amazing and great. However, I ordered some food and it was cold. I then re-went through the drive through and with all politeness ( because again, I am always here) I said ' Hi, my chicken is cold, can you please help me with this" the guy literally laughed at me and said; 'well all the chicken here is like that so if I replace it it will still be cold, you want hot chicken, then you can come in and wait 45 minutes. Another slimmer spanish male with broken english, then came to the window and verbatim said, ' we only have hot food for those those who come in, in the drive thru ,we only serve food that's not fresh. I then grabbed my phone and asked if he would be willing to say this on camera. He then slammed the window shut. Can you imagine a representative of your company telling you they only serve fresh food to those who dine in? and the other(s) get stale un-fresh food? Read moreI will never order from you guys again. I ordered from the app for delivery because my car was totaled. My order comes and half of it is missing. I give my daughter her food because she’s the only one that has a complete meal. I then spend over the next 30 mins trying to contact you all to no avail so I get in touch with door dash. Door dash attempted to call but got no answer and told me I had to go through the app since that’s where I ordered from. I go that route and get an email with a simple I refunded you this amount back please come again. A refund was not the resolution I was looking for I simply wanted my missing food. Throughout this process I’m not eating anything that was deliver because I don’t have a complete meal. I attempted to call again and finally I get someone. The guy who sounds middle eastern tells me to go through the app for a refund of my missing items and it’s not his fault my food is now cold. I tell him why when they can simple resend my order, I didn’t request for money back I simply wanted what I paid $52 for. Smh never again will you get a dime from me. I know my little contribution may not count but it’s the principle, your customer service is horrible from the top down....
