I am not sure why I hadn't noticed this restaurant before. It looks like it had been in the Fox Run shopping center for a while now. Parking is pretty much never a problem in this shopping center. The parking area seems quite a bit larger than all the stores put together would require and some stores are vacant at this time.

Interior: The booths are comfortable. The dining area lighting seemed a tad too dim for my tastes but I guess it's romantic. Overall the dining area and restroom appear to be kept adequately clean.

Service: Wasn't too great. Our server disappeared until it was time for the check, so there were no water refills. Which is actually really bad because of the high salt content of the food.

Pricing: A bit upscale. Main entrees are $10 and over. However, portion sizes are pretty good.

And finally, the food: We specifically came to this restaurant to try the Malaysian portion of the menu since this cuisine is rare in the area, whereas quite a number of restaurants offer Thai and sushi. Nasi doesn't actually have very many Malaysian dishes on their menu. It's more of a sampling of the cuisine rather than a comprehensive survey. We tried crispy noodles, mee goreng, and chicken rendang. Each of those entrees was missing one or two key ingredients that kept us from calling it truly authentic Malaysian, although the basic ideas were there. So Nasi is no substitute for a trip to Banana Leaf or Penang in Philly Chinatown. For Malaysian-starved Delaware though, it's probably...

This place is 100% NOT worth your money. Let me save you time and money. Ordered 3 rolls of sushi (NONE with raw fish), a pad thai, mango sticky rice, and a Thai tea. Let’s start small. The Thai tea? Watered down so much it’s basically a small pond. The SUSHI. you get 4-5 pieces per roll. PER. ROLL. A standard sushi roll is 6-8. Mind you these rolls are almost $20. For FOUR PIECES. We got “lucky” with the sweet potato roll (it had 5 pieces, wow!). They actually fit 3 entire sushi rolls into one standard sushi to go box. THREE ROLLS to a box. Because it’s THAT small that they all fit. I included a picture that 3 entire sushi rolls is smaller than a girls hand. I thought I ordered a mini verse sushi set. NOPE. that’s just how small they are. The pad Thai? Also as small as a girls hand. See that pic as well. It’s BLAND. they don’t even ask for a spice level because they don’t even add seasoning and sauce. Dry and bland and tiny. That size isn’t worth more than $8 in this economy. Seriously smaller than a child’s meal. The mango sticky rice?? A half cup of rice with NO coconut sauce. Just rice, mango, a dash of a (matcha?) powder. It’s dry sticky, day old rice with mango. The worst sticky rice you’ll ever taste that looks like a green goblin puked on top of maggots with mangoes beside it. Seriously, save your money and go to literally any other sushi restaurant...

Food gets 4 stars - very tasty - particularly enjoyed the calamari. Servers get 5 stars for their courtesy and effort. Owner gets 0 stars - after my wife & I enjoyed a dinner, I went back by myself when she was out with the girls. I sat at the bar, wanting to try their nice selection of craft draft beers, very reasonably priced for happy hour. There were three people behind the bar - two men preparing sushi and a woman - walking back and forth in front of me, eating an ice cream bar, never acknowledging my presence. I went to leave and told the man at the front desk I thought it was very poor service that she seemed more interested in her ice cream than customers. She overheard and responded, "I am NOT a server." After leaving for a few minutes, I calmed my irritation and went back in. I asked the same man at the front desk why I should not be upset with her poor attitude - his response - she is the owner - NOT a server. Any restaurant owner worth their salt would have at least greeted me and never have responded in such an arrogant way. No restaurant employee should be eating in front of the customers. I sat down to a lovely meal with otherwise very good service. The owner stood at the bar watching TV and chatted with servers at the front desk - never spoke to any of the customers. Amazing that the place does so well...

Decent ambience, taste of food is average. service is ok. When we went for dinner, i could guess that its a family restaurant as we saw everyone roaming around in pajamas. Ordered red curry, shrimp tempura roll, green salad, pad thai, and thai basil rice. The Red curry was ok but had a strong tadka which wasn’t required. The lettuce was wilted in the green salad. The sushi roll was dry and stale. Pad thai had no taste at all. The thai basil rice i asked them to make it spicy, it tasted amazing, very much like the indo chinese you get in mumbai. but had no salt at all. Just to update the chef i told the server that ‘I am having the rice but it has no salt, plz let the chef know’ The chef came to me agitated and said that she has added all the required ‘sauces’ and thats how the rice is made. I had to explain her that the rice had no salt, after listening to that she didn’t reply anything but started talking in her regional language to her family members sitting around us. Very rude staff. As if they don’t care about the customers at all.

We regularly order sushi from here because it is great, but in recent weeks I guess they'd shifted their menu to include some "bowl" items (e.g. Japanese Curry Bowl, Poke Bowl,...) We wanted to try, and so we got the Unagi Bowl and the Crab and Shrimp Tempura Bowl. Both were a bit underwhelming. The portion sizes were very small for $15 (depicted in the image is the Unagi Bowl). I understand there is inflation, and you could even argue that Unagi is expensive, but even the Crab and Shrimp Tempura Bowl was 80% rice. Just a few months ago I had a very nice Unagi Bowl from a restaurant in CA, which had a good amount of greens and was at least double in size for $18. Sure this is not CA, but just given the difference, I do not think I'll order the bowls again. I recommend they bring back a few more of their previous sushi options: Spicy Shrimp, for example.

First time trying this place and first impression of the food itself, was that it was excellent. Impression of the service was not as excellent. Reasoning being for four stars and not five, is due to not receiving part of the order. However, I will say the food was prepared nicely. The pad thai and drunken noodles were exceptional. Ordered spicy level 3 and there was enough heat to not overwhelm the dish, could probably go to a level 5. There was a nice balance of flavor, and overall it was a satisfying meal. The portions are on the smaller size which considering the quality kind of balances it out. My father in law ordered the spicy tuna donut, skeptical at first, although this is a must try! It is delicious!
