Express Wings & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wilmington

NEVER ORDER HERE!!! I used to order grilled chicken penne alla vodka at least once a week...I liked it which is why I kept ordering it. 2 orders ago I received penne with red sauce and frozen breaded chicken breast. I called and lady said they ran out so they sent that disgusting dish to me. She agreed to put a $20 credit on my account. I kept calling they kept saying they were out of my dish. Today when I called they said they definitely had grilled chicken penne alla vodka but lady wasn't there so I couldn't use my credit. I said ok I still want it. IT CAME WITH A WHITE SAUCE WITH FROZEN BREADED CHICKEN BREAST! OBVIOUSLY NOT PENNE ALLA VODKA. It is swimming in oil. I respectfully called them and they said "that's how we make it" I asked for a refund and they said no. The girl answering the phone was rude and ghetto. Her and the cooks have no idea what is on their menu....

If there was a option to give 0 stars and you all know I would. I ordered a medium pizza and a cheesesteak at 7:00 pm yesterday I did not receive it until 8:40pm I called them and the number wasn’t working I finally get through at 8:01 and she says 9 minutes never came called back at 8:16 went to voicemail twice atp I had been convinced they just robbed me of my credit card number or something at 8:20 I got through and she told me 6 minutes? Needless to say that was another lie. I had never been so pissed smh finally at 8:40 he arrived. And basically told me he had so much to do and rushed off. Ordered delivery and delivery never came. I called twice, the first time I was told it was on the way, second time I was told it was delivered. I tried explaining to the lady who answered the phone that my order was never delivered to me but she was very rude and said she had a signed receipt and has nothing to do with the driver. I ended up having to drive there to get my food replaced. I asked lady at the counter to show me the receipt that was signed because I paid with a card.
