McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

Are you kidding me? I knew this McDonald’s was expensive but $6.38 for a cheeseburger happy meal, cut me a break. $.89 extra for a slice of cheese on a happy meal crazy, greedy, expensive!! This McDonald’s and their other store down on US 13 & Delaware Route 273 same owners, are the only ones I go to the charge $.89 extra for cheese on a cheeseburger happy meal most McDonald’s charge the same price or maybe 20,30, $.40 more for a cheeseburger meal over a hamburger meal. I patronize five different McDonald’s in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and I’ve never had to pay even as much as five dollars for a cheeseburger happy meal and that includes the Pennsylvania state sales tax. I don’t care if I’m working in New Castle, Delaware all day I’m not going back to either of their stores. All their prices are routinely higher than all the other McDonald’s in the area sometimes a dollar or more for the same item elsewhere....

I would give 0 stars if that was a choice 😑 The afternoon crew absolutely horrible 1)they didn't have paper to print out a receipt so I don't have proof to complain to corporate 2)the girl making my slushy coughed w/ mo cover as shes pumping the dye into the blender I'm watching from the window baffled 3) Ordered 2 happy meals for a boy...my son opened them and said these are girl dolls😌4) Asked for both fries no salt the fries were damn near raw...I put them in the oven when I got home 5) Looking from the drive-through window inside.. absolutely filthy... rags people started to clean up with were laying under the soda machines... they're standing around laughing and playing while the drive-through was backing up four young girls nobody older working there with them from what I could see! And to top everything the menu prices in the drive-through...wrong... the happy meal said to 2.99 they said oh we forgot to change...

Let me first say that some days, they are on point with everything and other days, the whole staff is miserable, rude and dont seem to know what the heck is going on. A couple of the managers scream at the workers when things get busy, and often, the food seems like it gets thrown together. It's become very expensive even for a small family! I do like some of the discounts on their app and if it wasnt for that and the fact that my grandson loves going there, I wouldnt eat there at all. This place has gone downhill but somehow stays open so they must be doing something right. They do have some nice staff members though so it's not the worst place to eat at. UPDATE: Not much has changed. I did stop by again and the managers were miserable but some of the employees were nice. The food was ok. They dont seem to want to fill up the large fries box anymore but I do like that they bought back the...
