Aunt Marys Kitchen New Castle — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

I ordered my food online and it was ready within 15 minutes. I ordered a fried fish platter with yams, Mac & cheese and crab cake egg rolls on the side. Everything was hot and fresh. The seasoning was perfect. Not under or over seasoned. The portion size was good (u can eat twice from one platter). The person who rung me up was polite. I ate from the food truck. I gave the food 4/5 b/c the Mac&cheese was a little loose and I like mine more packed. Otherwise no complaints, the crab cake egg rolls are definitely a hit!! Q’s kitchen is closed on Monday so I thought I’d finally give Aunt Mary’s a try! I Ordered online in advance, when I arrived I was the only person so I received my food immediately as I walked to the window which I loved. Ill start off with the bad, the mac & cheese is horrible absolutely disgusting. It was super gross, there was NO cheese. All that I could taste was curdled milk and over cooked noodles. As for the yams, the chicken and the crab rolls, all 3 things were very good. I Walked up to the truck and saw a man with hair & instantly I noticed that he’s on his phone… to top it off with air-buds in !!
