Great people, great product, great prices.... ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE!! I'm adding to my original post months later that locally, within 25 miles, no other Vape shop has such a diversified variety of the newest, in demand products ie. mods, tanks, coils, liquids, accessories and so on. The New Castle Delaware Unreal Vape is league's ahead of the competition. I wish that I could comment as to the other Unreal Vape stores but I have not visited them, however I have been told they are even more impressive than the Rt 13 location. BTW, I failed to mention how knowledgable and willing to help out the staff are. With that said the overall customer service is top notch and we'll worth checking out....

Been coming here for a year now, the costumer servuce has always been on point and the staff are constantly cleaning if not busy. Sure you have ups and downs with coils not wicking correctly or a juice not being pungent as i want... But you get past that as it is a new market and live and die by the manufacturers quality control.

With that said, i come here a lot and may be biased in giving them a glowing review but it's to me it is deserved. Made many friends here, always felt welcome and have spent many nighys BSing with regulars and staff.
