I was in there today 8/14/2016.. I have dry eye and am on blood thinners. we had 5 at our table and 4 of us were being frozen by the cold air and the fast fan up above. we told the waitress and she did nothing. I went to the register and had the man lower the fans while we were there. it was cold but not unbearable. We all paid and left, then my friend, who wasn't cold, was CONFRONTED and barked at by the blonde hair woman with glasses. "we cannot turn down those fans, because the kitchen gets hot." WHAT? Last time I checked, I was the one who asked this. AND we are the CUSTOMERS. OUR COMFORT IS YOUR BUSINESS. First time eating there. Personally I will never go back. Crab cakes were all filling. Asked for broiled got them fried. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were made with either rotten butter or curdled milk. They were DISGUSTING. PAID $35 for a New York strip and could only eat half, the other half was ALL HARD FAT. Cesar salad was made with yellow iceberg lettuce and tasteless tiny croutons with parmasen cheese that was literally like thick dust. It was gross. I really do not like giving these types of reviews but people work hard for their money and I feel to many restaurants take advantage of customers by serving this type of DISGUSTING food. I got the crab cake and it was the worse crab cake I ever had. Looking at it, I could tell there were a lot of fillers. They had panko breading and there was absolutely no flavor. None. I could only stomach eating half of the sandwich and I had to throw away. The only reason I ate half because I was hoping to finally taste crab. My daughter got the tuna wrap with no tomato and it came with tomato and very watery there was tuna flavor though . We haven't had the soup yet but would never come back here again.
