This is hard. On one hand this is my daughters post hospital request everytime, but rarely do I get a delivery order correct. last night was the worst, yes they only forgot a soda , but 1. the delivery driver had no idea i had a soda. 2. (this shows his attention to detail is less than standard) 3. I was offered no possible reconciliation by him, until I asked him what do we do about this? (his reply was youre not getting the soda, and then to call the store, and then he would refund my soda money) 4. I was then informed my lack of soda was due to his busy day. (this is his job correct? so in your busy day, I was offered less customer service because of this, and not the same attention to detail?) 5. This morning, I politely asked to ensure the void of soda had occured. Im fine with waiting for refund, just wanted to check it had been initiated. When I brought these concerns to the manager on duty today, and informed him I was not apologized to by the driver, but given excuses, He told me I was in the wrong for not calling. (no one answered) and given nearly verbatim the excuses of a heavy delivery day. I would liked to have seen the driver immediately offer reconciliation of the issue (im not interested in how tough your day was in a job you choose). If you screw up, own it without excuse and I'd have loads more respect. Or id like the manager recieve my critique with no excuses. Read moreI have ordered from this place for the past couple years and never have I ever had a problem with the food and this one time i ordered my large square pizza and it was burnt so I simply asked to return it and get a new one that wasn’t burnt the so called owner was so unprofessional and rude it was a total shock to me and my family how we were treated he told me to come get my free large pizza well first off I paid for it and was bringing the old one back he continued to say all I wanted was free food then said I was screaming at him after he caused a big ordeal about a free pizza that wasn’t free 20$ pizza I paid for he said he would remake it so after I hung up and listened to our convo I recorded I was not comfortable with having a new pizza made do you know this man didn’t call to try to make it right I was raised in restaurants that my grandparents owned and the customer is always right even if they are wrong I could tell you weren’t affiliated with the pats in Maryland because the owner would never ever treat someone like you did more worried about your pockets than a customers satisfaction you need to learn how to speak to people that was totally uncalled for!!!!!!! Read moreI always ordered lunch for my work from Pats. But , the past two times we ordered they had forgotten items on the order. After speaking with two different people they had offered to put a credit on our phone number so when we called again we would be able to get the items that were left in the past. But, they forgot AGAIN! So I called one more time to order lunch for a couple of my co workers and I happened to get the co owner on the phone and he was EXTREMELY rude. I explained to him the situation and he said he saw no credits under the numbers i had given to him. I asked him what is going to be done about the missing items since we paid for them and never received him. His unprofessional response was " Look I don't care who you are. I will give you the items this ONE time but if you people call back and try this again you are not getting anything. I don't care if you're a celebrity, the governor, or the President!
