We moved to Lewes from Alaska. We had no coastal decor, nor any coastal design knowledge. I feared I would select too matchy matchy or colors that weren’t complementary or too “random”. The day we closed on our home we stopped in looking for Robin Wall, per our builder rep. Robin was extremely pleasant, understanding of our goals, respected our challenges of 4 dogs and offered to put some packages together for us. Within a week she called to show us a kitchen set, living room and bar stools for our open floor plan. The fabrics, styles and colors needed to complement each other and she nailed it!! Robin selected a very mature coastal look that reflected a classy, relaxing style. During the lengthy process of waiting for custom orders she was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and assured us she was pulling it all together! Sure enough! While there are furniture stores with easy quick and maybe even more affordable access and delivery this was worth the wait!! Nothing beats the quality of these pieces that will last a lifetime! We've had great experiences with this furniture store. Our designer, Eileen, helped us with designing and completely furnishing our beach home remotely during COVID. Eileen listened to our ideas and followed through to create a model-like beach home for us. She met with the builder to ensure her designs matched not only theirs, but also fit in the space. Eileen provided us with options and samples to pick from, all remotely. She came on moving day to oversee the furniture placement and brought extra lamps and accessories to pick from, to complete the look. We have bought more furniture from Creative Concepts because we love their things and it is of great quality. Most recently, we bought patio furniture from them and Eileen again personally ensured its delivery and placement. We love our home, the look, and that it was move in ready. Horrible customer service for the amount of money we spent at that store in March 2017 (over $11K). We purchased outdoor furniture including a large couch, several chairs and a table and chairs. Our salesperson, TK never follow uped at all to our questions regarding pillow covers or the umbrella. I constantly had to call him to get anything answered. It was like he took our check and then forgot about us. He also said covers were included in the price of the furniture and later denied saying it. We would have never purchased such good quality furniture at that price without covers!! If we didn't like the product so much, I would return it all. Too bad their customer service is poor.
